Hey guys really worried at the moment...

I made numerous deposits onto ladbrokes and ended up making 700 pound.
I clicked withdraw to my bank account as usual and went to bed.

When I woke up it said my account had been locked, I sent them all my ID and everything but the only thing I am worrying about is.

I made 1 deposit with Paypal but its in my mums name. (She is aware of this)

Is there anything wrong with using someone elses paypal and will I get banned from ladbrokes I desperately need that money to live.

Please help guys

I have withdraw to my bank account before.
And 2 months ago I used the same paypal and everything went smooth.

They emailed me saying can you take a screenshot of your paypal page....

What do I do guys I just want to ****ing put it into my bank for **** sake

Assuming the money was good and you had your mother's permission, (and that this is why your account is locked), in effect it's similar to p2p transfer, so if you provide evidence that it was a legit deposit, you should be good to go.

As they will have seen this thread by now, and worked out who you are, you might as well ask them if this is the problem, and what evidence you should provide for them to proceed with the withdrawal.

1) Using your mothers PayPal was a bit of a silly choice wasn't it? You have used someone elses PayPal account and the site are within their right to close down your account (however they should email you about this). For all ladbrokes know, you could have hacked someones PayPal account.

2) Have you resolved this yet? If not as Mike mentioned, you should email them, explain your situation and then take it from there.

3) Unless you were colluding your funds should be returned to you.

He will probably receive the deposit back - whether he gets the winnings or not will depend on Ladbrokes' policy.

When you pay with Paypal your mother's name will show up on the receipt sent to Ladbrokes, they're fully aware that it's not your account - and is why they want a print screen from you.
