WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER PLAY HERE AND NEVER DEPOSIT!!! If you win do not plan on ever getting paid. If anyone has any info on where they are licensed etc can you please post it as I'd like to begin filing complaints.

This site has been holding my funds hostage (about $2k) for ~2 years now. Their BS reasoning is as follows:

Dear John,

"When we took over Juicy Stakes in October 2013 our goal was to create a stable and secure poker environment for the Juicy Stakes poker players. A poker environment where players could enjoy playing poker and being able to withdraw their winnings in a timely manner which was not possible with the past owners.

We took over all the existing player funds at that time without receiving a cent from the old owners. This take-over made it possible for players to withdraw their funds that were basically lost at the old Juicy Stakes.
For this to work out for the players and for us as a company we need players to play and not only to withdraw their funds. We guarantee to process withdrawals as long as players play and invest a bit in this project

Due to this, in order for us to process any further withdrawals, we would need you to accumulate 2500 FPP’s before each withdrawal request of $1000.00

Please understand this rule was implemented so that players from the previous owners of Juicy Stakes would be able to withdraw their winnings."

What a complete load of ****.

To earn 2500 FPPs I would need to rake $357 which is essentially impossible given their MTT schedule. How can I rake $357 for a $1k payout? Does that seem reasonable to anyone? And why would I do this when there is no guarantee that they would actually pay?

Would love to hear from the Juicy Rep on this BS situation.

WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER PLAY HERE AND NEVER DEPOSIT!!!

Maybe my comments above were too harsh. I'd just like some re-assurance that should I earn the 2500 fpp's that i'll get paid. Has anyone out there been required to earn this many and actually gotten paid after? If I earned 2500 fpps playing ring games then they screwed me again i'd probably lose it Sigh.

They'll pay if you earn it. Look at it with a glass half full way. If they didn't take over juicy you would have lost everything no matter what.

I remember you complaining about this a while back sfpokerpro. Earn the points and you will see your money. It isn't unfair, it's policy. You've had this explained to you several times but it seems as though you are back here trying to claim BS again.

I agree it's not easy to clear 2500 FPPs in tournaments but you have no choice. Its their policy and if you don't like it you won't get paid. Not too complicated to understand.

I logged in a while back only to learn my deposit was at $0. Where did my money go? And what a joke about having to earn a set amount FPPs to cashout.

Any plans in the offing to add a sportsbook to Juicy Stakes? Would rather take my chances with my funds on potentially fixed sporting events than the HPN RNG these days.

Only 20% joking. Or about the same %-age of the hands I win with 80%+ favorites AIPF. Getting really old watching that 4th card to the flush or straight for the junk calling to hit on the river.

Ignore me. I'll show myself to the rigtard thread now.

Hi Andy,

So I'm going to ask again...

Is Juicy Stakes going to start offering a once/month fee free cash out? Pretty much all the other sites do this. If you continue not to offer this, people will be far more reluctant to deposit money onto the site.

Pretty sure they do, you just have to earn it.

I've played many thousands of hands on JS in the last few months. I don't see a fee free option anywhere.

That post is from August 2015, so I don't know for sure if all of that still applies, but JS Rep did say back in June that the $40 rake for the free check withdrawal is still in place:

The one free withdrawal per month is still being offered for Check withdrawals once you accumulate $40 in net rake within the month.

We process one withdrawal per week, so if you had a withdrawal in the last 7 days, then your withdrawal will processed once the 7 day period has passed. 7 business days that is.

For US players, we currently offer credit card and Cash transfer for deposit. Credit card is the most successful method.

7 days to me, and probably everybody else, means a week. 7 days including 5 workdays. To say that players are allowed one withdrawal per 7 days is strongly implying 7 days total. ie Monday-Monday

Furthermore- for a pokersite with online E-wallets there is no such thing as a day off. Last time I checked, no problems depositing or withdrawing on a Saturday.

It is **** like this that gets you a bad rep.

i have played at Juicy Stakes for years. I asked for a cashout Monday the 26th of Sept. and I am ecstatic to report that fedex just dropped off my check 30 min ago!
That has to be a record? I didn't pay a fee for expediting and the check was sent from Quebec to the Phoenix area where I live.

Yes, it works! I just cashed out $1,500 with NO fee and received the check via FedEx in 2 days!

I can't speak out about what USED TO BE before new ownership took over. However, I will not only swear by this site, but will prove to any doubters that what I am saying is true.
I asked for a special cash out of $1,500 due to being a longtime loyal customer anticipating my 1st cash out.
Sunday thhe 25th of September, 2016 I asked for the "favor". They got back to me within 12 hours with the go ahead.
Process was initiated Monday the 26th,and I am holding the check in my hand as I type this. my screen name is THEBARNOWL and I will provide a contact IM for any non-believers.
Why? Because I want to see Juicy regain the player ase that they once had. Also, depositing their is easier than any other site that I know of. I have played at 10-15 different sites including all major ones except Bovada.

That's really good to hear. If they marketed this to their (admittedly few) players that have a several thousand dollar balance, I would bet they could increase the traffic of those players by a little. Myself included.

Cool. Closed the software client to try to restart so a tournament lobby might start updating again and now can't get back in. Nice.
