Another weird thing -- before I realized they were now the same thing, I was able to easily make a credit card deposit to Lock but Juicy wouldn't take the credit card (and I started at Juicy, later went to Lock & made the deposit without ANY problem at all, then b/c it was so easy, I went back to Juicy & tried using my credit card but was turned down cold again.)

I made my only deposit to Juicy soon after they opened with Western Union, but the only way to withdraw is via check.

A US bank of decent size should be able to deposit/cash foreign checks. I don't understand why that's a problem (I do understand why it's a problem if they feel it's not a real check or NSF problems.)

FWIW, Support has always been really good about corresponding with me on any matter (including really dumb questions at times.) I do worry about getting what is growing to be a rather large stack out of there now. I may just try to take half of it out and keep playing at lower stakes before it grows large enough for me to start worrying about actually spending time playing there.

Because they are both Revolution, I thought perhaps I could transfer my Juicy $$ to Lock or vice versa, but it was as impossible as I figured it would be.

And I too can't really figure out which is the better place to play in regard to FPP etc -- Juicy has the gold coins and cards, but frankly Lock just feels more "sturdy" overall to me. Anyone have any real thoughts on this? It seems a shame to have accounts with money in both places, but I do...

Re: HUD: PT4 works beautifully on both sites though it doesn't distinguish between them and Tabletracker is pretty useless b/c it can't figure out which site is which and usually ends up missing tables.

Anyone have experience cashing out from Lock since they've joined Cake/Revolution? Same problems?

Thanx - Ella

Funds cleared in a day. So, same old, same old - you'll get paid from Juicy, it just takes forever.

No, only those from Cake Poker, Fugu Poker, Colt Poker, and Hi-Life Poker.

There is a tab that says , i think, My Tournaments. When you pull it up it shows tournys, including steps that your eligible for . Highlight the 1 you want and you can register from there with the ticket. Sometimes i may have to repeat this 2 or 3 times before it will show the ticket as an option but it always does eventually.

On Juicy: Upper Right corner of Lobby there is an icon in the box w/ your gold coins and cards etc that looks like "tickets" -- click that icon.

On Lock: Lobby pull down menus: "Lobby > My Tournaments"

Then on BOTH they are the same -- a smaller window called "My Tournaments" pops up >

Top box is "Currently Registered Tourneys (or Tourneys I am Registered For)"
Lower box is "Tournaments I have a Ticket For"

If you want to use the ticket, click on the tourney in the LOWER box to open the Tourney lobby and click register. It SHOULD then give you a box that's labeled to "use my ticket" where normally you'd see the cash fee box. (there's no choice - it's either use the ticket box or use cash box. If you get the cash box, close it up and try again...)

It is correct that sometimes this takes one or two times to work -- especially if you try to do it immediately after winning the ticket. In extreme cases a shut-down of the software may make it work immediately upon reopening it. In really extreme cases, write CS before registering rather than getting reimbursements -- if you get a stack of tickets that can get ugly.

Some tourneys are different -- finals will automatically schedule you in the final tourney usually without you needing to register. (You do need to unregister if you want to use the ticket at another time/week.)

If you unregister for any tourney, it puts that ticket back in your "My Tournaments" window and you can use it in another tourney.

Hope that makes sense - going off memory, but apart from labels, that's how it should work.

Be well - Ella

Juicy and many other Revo skins still use the old Cake cashier. It has actually been insinuated to me that the Cake move to Juicy was nothing more than a rebranding, with the same people running both sites. Lock uses a cashier that is exclusive to their skin.

I highly discourage anyone from playing on Juicy right now, unless you have the affiliate connections to speed up cashouts. Much better options out there right now. Even my last check with expedited affiliate withdraw took over a month, and that was back when the Cake to Juicy first happened.

What's going on here? Is JS legit or what?

I'm a complete noob to online poker but this looks pretty scammy to me.

So Lock runs two similar slow cashier systems since they are the network owner?

Seriously, you have to have rocks in your head to play on this site. Like others, I've been waiting too long for a cash out. ( 2+months in my case ). Maybe non-US players can get a quicker turnaround. I don't even get responses from my emails, there's no telephone number, and there's really no excuse for anything taking this long. They should not accept US players if this is the best they can do with cash outs.

I know some of you still believe that all cash-outs will eventually happen. I'm beginning to have my doubts. And yes, I was a rake back customer who asked
for help via RakeBrain. 30 days to get my cash out to 'pending" status and 80 days since then with no activity.

Stay away. Stay very far away.

I received my ROW Skrill cashout. Took about two weeks. I hope this is a positive sign that cashout times are becoming shorter.

Took about a month to Receive my ROW 1600$ Neteller cashout. First time I received e-mail after 2 weeks that there were no Neteller acc registred with my e-mail. I made a deposit using different e-mail I had registered with Juicy Stakes. OBV they sent it to e-mail registered with my JS acc. LOL? Had to request another cashout and wait 2 weeks more. So i guess average waiting time for Skrill/Neteller is 2 weeks

Forgot to mention I asked my RB affiliate to speed it up twice, not sure it made any difference tho.

Lock has nothing to do with the cake cashier. they simply bought the rights to own the network and basically said you do you and I'll do me, while sharing player pools.
