Hi Support,
I’m worrying about the funds I have on your site. I current withdraw restrictions limit me only to check withdraws, and a maximum of $3,000 per check. The last check I received took around 6 months to be processed and arrive. Discussions on poker forums have provided evidence that 6 months isn’t outside the norm.
I currently have over $15,000 in my account, plus a $3,000 pending withdraw. At this rate, it will take three years before I can withdraw my funds. What plans are there to fix this issue?
Thanks,
Here was their response:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. We can understand your concerns about the withdrawal situation at the moment, it is taking longer than we would like but we can assure you that we are trying to add more options and speed up the withdrawal process for our players all the time. We hope to add more withdrawal options in the future.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Brian

I followed up earlier today with this:
Hi Brian,
You said that you “can assure [me] that [you] are trying to add more options and speed up the withdrawal process for [your] players.” What, in particular, are you looking at? I know that some of your competitors have withdrawal processes that take far less than half a year per $3,000 check. How you looked at what they are doing differently?
I don’t mean to pry, but, at the moment, I’m concerned.
Thanks,
They responded with this:
Hello,
Thank you for your email.
I know you concern and frustrated but please understand that there are so many restrictions in US so there is so little that we can do. It is fact that we are doing our best to improve, to add more options. Unfortunately we can not tell customers which options to be added until they are to be confirmed since we do not want to mislead you. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Alan
Any ideas for how to proceed (I don't expect this to really get anywhere... but who knows)?
