Correct. I guess he just sees that as "working for himself" though.

Thanks pointing me here, jmurjeff.

I wrote an e-mail today:

So what benefit can you guys provide to me in the meantime, since you guys have my money, aren't allowing me to have it, and aren't allowing me to play with it?
Got this response:

Hello Tim,

Thank you for your email. Please be informed I am going to contact our check processor in order to ensure that your check will be issued and sent out accordingly. The check will be out on the way within next week.

Just wondering if any US Players have rec'd cashouts recently. Been waiting
since November. I Haven't played here since my cash out request. Maybe I'll
send in an email like Tim. It can't hurt, although they haven't been answering
my emails for a while now.

I requested a cashout by check in October and I contacted both Juicy Stakes and my rakeback provider (RakeTheRake) to try to speed up the process. As of today, my cashout is still listed as "pending."

Cake used to get me checks every month. I've been waiting 2 months now for JS. This switch over was awful and I see no reason to play there anymore.

I can't believe you got an email response like that. Let's see how true it is. If it is, then I am going to be livid.

I wrote this e-mail to them:
Hi Support,

I’m worrying about the funds I have on your site. I current withdraw restrictions limit me only to check withdraws, and a maximum of $3,000 per check. The last check I received took around 6 months to be processed and arrive. Discussions on poker forums have provided evidence that 6 months isn’t outside the norm.

I currently have over $15,000 in my account, plus a $3,000 pending withdraw. At this rate, it will take three years before I can withdraw my funds. What plans are there to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Here was their response:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. We can understand your concerns about the withdrawal situation at the moment, it is taking longer than we would like but we can assure you that we are trying to add more options and speed up the withdrawal process for our players all the time. We hope to add more withdrawal options in the future.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

You are exactly right. You may not get your money even that soon. This site is a scam. They are purposely withholding my withdrawl and its only for a couple hundred bucks. There are no problems with their payment processors because they can pay other usa players much faster. Don't expect to receive any of it. I have wrote mine off as a loss and will never play online there ever again. They are criminals and they know what they can get away with. OUR MONEY!

I requested mine in mid October. Still waiting here. They are not going to pay. You might as well write it off as a loss. They are criminals and they know they can get away with our money.

They'll pay, as long as they don't go under within 6 months.

Max cashout pending since Sep 15.
I haven't played since then, no point. I'm just hoping they eventually do pay. I've received 3 max cashouts from them since black friday but all of them were <4 months.

I followed up earlier today with this:

Hi Brian,

You said that you “can assure [me] that [you] are trying to add more options and speed up the withdrawal process for [your] players.” What, in particular, are you looking at? I know that some of your competitors have withdrawal processes that take far less than half a year per $3,000 check. How you looked at what they are doing differently?

I don’t mean to pry, but, at the moment, I’m concerned.

Thanks,

They responded with this:

Hello,
Thank you for your email.
I know you concern and frustrated but please understand that there are so many restrictions in US so there is so little that we can do. It is fact that we are doing our best to improve, to add more options. Unfortunately we can not tell customers which options to be added until they are to be confirmed since we do not want to mislead you. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Alan

Any ideas for how to proceed (I don't expect this to really get anywhere... but who knows)?

I've been waiting since Novermber 12th for my $700 Cashout. I e-mail every week and get the same run around. I even asked why it is easy to deposit and so hard to withdraw. They know they have US players by the balls.
