That's not true. Before I could do a cashout, they requested a license and a bill with my address on it. Those were all done in a timely manner. I think support sent me 3-4 e-mails in one evening.

I'm in the waiting game. I scored a good size cash in one of the 20k goldmine tournaments. I want to say that was in mid October.

Yes, they requested it from you. There is no process to be eligible for a cashout that is predetermined. You ask for cashout and they may or may not ask for documents.

The person above never said anything about trying to cash out.

For US players, you have only 1 option for cash out. That is by check. Before
you can request a cash out, you must get your account enabled for cash out by sending in your drivers license and the credit card you used for deposit. I sent in those documents and was told I would hear from support, but I have not. Numerous emails since then have gone un answered.
They had no problem accepting my deposit, but getting my withdrawel going has been difficult. It should not take 2 weeks to ENABLE your account for withdrawal. I haven't even been able to make the withdrawal request yet. Based on the msgs posted here, I'm in for a long wait.
I will not play on this POS site at least until my account is enabled for withdrawal. (and no, I am not FOS. Do you work for Juicy ?)

Now, your situation is different because you deposited by Credit Card and you must supply verification documents. (I did not deposit with credit card, or make any type of deposit and do not need to be pre-verified - now, they may ask me for docs if I ever do get to ask for a cashout) Did you try hitting the cashout button and it says you are not able?

Giving incomplete information doesn't help anyone.

Cashouts on Cake Poker took forever, but support at Juicy has been very good to-date from what I read on several poker forums and my own experience. FWIW, I personally contacted them and got an almost immediate response concerning cashouts.....

Just looking it up for the record.....Request sent to support Nov 6th 5:50PM, specific response sent to me 5:56PM (now that is pretty damn unbelievably fast in anyones book)

Hi

I have tried to look up your rules for 'player2player' transfers, and 'withdrawals' but could not find anything. In hopeful anticipation of making money on Juicy Stakes, could you tell me the status of my current account regarding player2player transfers and withdrawals? Do I need to send in any documents/forms to be eligible for withdrawals or transfers?

Thank You for your assistance.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
Thank you for your email. At this time the only cashout method available is using a check which is delivered to your registered address. There is a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $3000.Our security team may request documentation for proof of identity at any time. Player to player transfers are allowed and can be done through the Cashier by using the Transfer option. If you have a specific question about transfers please let us know.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Kevin

I was in jelloman's position and I did not deposit by credit card. My only deposit was through neteller I believe, way back in the day. I was not able to request a cash out until I sent in docs. They never asked me for it.

Well I have a cashout pending from JS for well over a month now. Obviously this precludes they now have quick cashouts. JS uses the same cashier as Cake so it's safe to assume cashout times will be fairly equivalent. Has anyone who's requested a cashout since the JS changeover received the money yet? Not as far as I have seen in this thread. The safe conservative estimate of JS cashout times is the same 3-5 month range that Cake had. Anything else is unfounded optimism.

Lastly, Chazley is hardly believable and he's reporting 2 month cashout times on JS while he was reporting 2 week cashout times on Cake? That's not cause for rejoicing...

Since Chazley above reports a Cake Withdrawal approved in less than 2 months after migrating to Juicy you seem to be ignoring what may be happening because of your own unpleasant experience, which helps no one looking for answers ITT

The proper answer still seems to be that there is no evidence one way or the other that Juicy will maintain the same 3-6 month waiting period for withdrawals, but the initial reports of quick approvals of old Cake Poker withdrawal requests certainly casts a positive light and gives hope that withdrawal times will improve significantly

just an update that I contacted RakeBrain ( i originally signed up with Cake via Rakebrain ) and Rakebrain got right back to me to "see what they could do".

I'll keep everyone posted on progress. Not sure they can help, but it can't hurt.

Juicy doesn't have a Mac client so you'll have to install Windows via Boot Camp and either boot into Windows to play or run it in a VM with VMWare Fusion or Parallels

I now have a message in my cash out section asking for my drivers license, but they're asking that I email it to Cake Poker.com instead of Juicy Stakes .com

Not sure what that means, but Rakeback responded that I have been moved up the priority list. We'll see.......drivers license sent on 11/24

Has anyone relocated out side of the US while having a Juicy account? Do you still play on Juicy or are you back on cake? Do your cash-out options change? Thanks

I get rakeback but don't remember who I got it from. Is there any way to tell? Also, it seems pretty unfair that people get "moved up" the list as that clearly means that I will have to wait longer.

This is utterly ridiculous. Expedited cashouts for players from a few select affiliates were reported several times in the cake cashout thread. I always had quick cashouts from cake, and as long as they did right by me, i was willing to share my experiences on 2p2. Seriously, check your facts before you start throwing out personal attacks.

So has anyone gotten a check from Juicy Stakes? Besides Chazley the shill

Hi, I have several hundred dollars on Juicy for sale. I live in the USA and would like to strike a deal with someone. I would ship first being new to trading...providing the reciever is trusted and has history. Thanks!

Go to the thread titled, "person to person transfers." Be sure to read the sticky first so that you do things right and lessen your chances of being scammed.

You'll need a higher post count to be able to receive PMs. And you might even get in trouble for posting in the P2P thread without at least 10 posts, read the rules.

It's sad they are so quick to take, yet so slow to pay. I wish there was something we could do. This site is my only viable option to get money off and I can't trade cuz everytime I try to post it gets deleted cuz I don't have PMs

So I received the check about 3 weeks ago for a withdrawal I requested in May. I had a friend deposit it, and I received a call from my bank the other day pointing out two things:

1. It was a Canadian check, so they would have to mail it to get it processed, and that'll probably take a minimum of 10 days, assuming no hassle (whatever, no big deal to me).
2. There might be some hassle, because the check was dated in May (WHAT).

WHAT. THE. ****. If the check was dated in May, that means they were PURPOSELY holding back from sending it for that 6 months gap, correct?

Sounds like the processor didn't mail it, not cake/JS.

Every now and then, you'll get a Canadian check that lists the day before the month. You're sure it wasn't dated 051112? (DDMMYY?)

Well, I didn't get the "processing" email until a few days before I got the check. Like most people.

Hmmm, that's a realistic possibility. I'm not sure. I didn't even notice the date, it was only brought to my attention when I got a call about it the other day.

Yeah, sometimes the banks overlook that despite it almost always being written on the check.
