Hi!

Blind Stealing or Skipping is a major abuse which has been troubling online Poker players and sites alike repeatedly and relentlessly.

Same is the case with Sitout abusers using seating scripts. While the latter was beautifully dissected and discussed by Steve in his player meetings thread of October, can someone help me find a post or thread which deals comprehensively about both these issues?

What can Sites do to overcome this behavior by players? More importantly, what can we do to avoid such players (apart from reporting) which I did few times already with mixed responses.

The Irony sometimes though is that a player who is vociferous against Blind stealing could be an expert in Bumhunting. A player who do not support both these practices could be an abuser himself in lesser known fraud like multi accounting to play on protected tables etc.

It's a vicious cycle in itself and I would like to gather as much as possible to enlighten myself and ignite the thought of collectively eradicating such undesirable practices from the beautiful game.

Blind Stealers: Monitor player patterns and punish them accordingly.

Sitout: No site has a solution for this yet.

blind stealing in hu? ppl just avoid them, easy fix. or if u play them coz u think theres value, thats the price u pay to play him.
