IPoker used to leak holecards

So that's old news from Feb. 22 2023. But I think the English speaking community largely missed it.

There was a bug where sometimes (quite rarely) you could see your opponent's hole cards mid hand.
Like in the following screenshot where a guy is yet to decide what to do on the river
but already sees that the opponent has 56.
The summary of the thread is:
(1) People suspected that this bug indicated that the
info about opps cards comes (or was coming) to your PC earlier than SD in a wider array of situations.
So with some decoding, you can have (or could have) solid superuser powers on the site.
(2) The RedStar Rep reported the bug to the team.
The next day, she posted that the "source of the malfunctioning was found and the problem was resolved."
(I hope that means that the whole problem of sending the holecards information earlier than showdown and not just occasional early visualizations.)
(3) The RedStar Rep suggested to people who have similar screenshots to send them to the support, and they were compensated.
OP and the vast majority of posters are spin ppl so I guess they were paid their spin BI back.
That's basically it.
PS: I would like to have a personal related remark/rant.
Namely, to express my hatred for the green poker: when sites forbid HUDs, hand histories, make anon lobbies, remove chats, forbid PTR like services, etc.
This endless bullshit about caring about recs. That is not about recs. It is about masquerading cheating. It is about hiding the absurdly high rake.
It is about cutting regs EV to get more money grinded into the rake.
Green poker makes poker shittier. Removing HUDs/HHs makes the game less intellectual. It makes it less about figuring out your opponent's game
and more about memorization and replication of a prebuilt strat. Having anon lobby, no chat, no PTR also makes poker less exciting.
And regs who support this bullshit. Who are so lazy that they can't make a HUD or buy a pre built one. You think you gain some EV this way.
But instead of losing some of your EV to regs who have HUDs or studied HHs, you lose more to botnets, collusion, and superusers,
which fly under the radar in the green poker environment.
