iPoker room Guts is holding my money indefinitely, ref sanctions

Hello guys, my money has been blocked on Guts since March 1. When I wanted to withdraw my last $14000 to leave the room, the withdrawal was "cancelled".
I contacted support and the response I got was "Please allow me to clarify that in no way is your money being used, and you are free to withdraw your balance to VISA once the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation are lifted. This is in line with the payments rule we have in place, and you agreed to them when registering your account. ".
Am I the only one in this situation? I've sent message to gamble commission, I need your help to tell the public and press about my worst experience.
