Hi just considering ordering the iMac 21.5 inch computer and was wondering how many tables this would be able to fit on Pokerstars for example using the tile option. Also would be interested in any features about them and how well they work for poker. Also would you advise the trackpad or the magic mouse as i inted to use it for mainly poker

I have the 27' and I can fit 6 on it not stacked, default size. Obviously you can fit more if you stack or adjust the size smaller.

I use the magic mouse but it took some time to get used to. A lot of people hate their mouses because they're so flat and you have kind of hold you hand up a bit at an angle, not flat down.

Why buy a mac when a PC is obv compatible with everything out there. I know that many people create applications for Mac too and Mac user experience is slightly better than PC, but PC has its strong points. You could easily buy a middle of the range Alienware with that money you are going to spend on Mac.

Coming to your question, I think, you should be able to tile around 12-15 tables on a 21" screen, which should be enough if you are not a crazy grinder. I used to fit around 9 6-max tables on my 17"PC, without sacrificing the HUD display.

^^has right idea since most poker programs don't support Mac but bad example with the Alienware

Once you go Mac, you wont want to come back to PC.

Same with iPhone. once you get one,you wont hold a blackberry in your hands again.

I like my iphone but thats only I don't have to buy any apps, easier to customize then Droid and a lot of cool apps they don't have a equivalent on Droid.... plus battery life is infinitely better

But I would never get a Mac

Would suggest just getting an external monitor. Unless you are planning on playing from multiple locations frequent its way better.

Not really true for everyone.

Probably true for the less computer literate who are, after all, apple's target market.

And if you ever have the good fortune to use a Galaxy you'll quickly forget the iphone.
