You will pay tax on the money you earned that you use to deposit on the Poker site.
You will pay the tax that the poker site is supposed to pay through increased rake. All taxes paid by businesses are paid by consumers as part of the price of the product.
You will pay tax on your winnings just like you have to now.
You will pay tax when you die (depending upon how much you have left), but the good news is you're dead.
