I have been taking your allegations very seriously and I would like to put this to rest.

I assure you that we do not have Super User accounts as you allege.

I have looked at you account and I see that we have cashed you out many times over what you have deposited.

We give out a lot of bonus money to attract players because we are a smaller site, including the no deposit - free $10. Many of these players have never played poker before and they play erratic with the free money, some are lucky and make money and move to higher limits. We consistently cash out good players that feed off all of our bonus money.

Unfortunately, I cannot get a report without exposing all the player’s cards. If you can send me hand numbers or the date/time and a description of the hand I will go over the individual hands with you.

Gaming companies who domicile their shell in Costa Rica do so because there is no license required, no gambling regulations, and no regulatory authority. Shoestring operations do it because it's cheap too. A local trust company will administer a shell for you down there for maybe $10K USD a year. Costa Rica allows gaming companies to operate with no rules other than paying a small fee for the business license. The UK parent is probably (almost surely) set up in a way detached from the gaming operation, usually as a "marketing" company, giving you no recourse to anything. You play at your own risk with an unregulated gaming site like this.

Every gaming regulatory authority everywhere requires hand histories be available, and kept for years (the site has to keep the full ones with hole cards). But when you have no rules like this company, that doesn't matter.

might seem a little biased coming as I from propping group as chester.But I played at pitbull for a month or so, definitely saw some wierd plays there at LHE.Some players taking lines that winning players wouldnt make etc. Been playing LHe for 6 years, and that site just doesnt seem right.Maybe i wasnt used to their unlimited capping in heads up pot, but it just didnt feel right.I propped with chester last year on another major us site, i can confirm that he is a winning aggressive player at LHE,dont really know his NL game as i only played LHE, and PLO with him.My 2 cent.

I was only able to win on your site after I realized there were cheaters and stopped playing them.

If you can get a report, simply get the report and block out the other players cards. I don't need to see them.

Please answer these questions if you are serious about the reputation of your company.

1. You said you have a security department. Is this true? Who is on it? Credentials?

2. Who owns pitbull now that dimensus is a dissolved company?

3. What are your comments on the fact that pitbull does not hold a gaming license?

OK, you sound like you know better than me. If it is true that guy needs to get back here with some proof. I think he got banned though.

Sir, you simply cannot be serious with this post. Do you expect us to just take your word for it? Are you aware this is where the original UB/AP scandal was uncovered? They denied everything too.

That doesnt mean that he should just shut up if he thinks there is foul play. To any of us with a clue its very clear that you simply sont want to out the HH's. It wouldnt be too difficult at all to archive 1k hands, or even 500 hands.

Also the claim made by OP is not that play was "erratic" He is saying the play was almost perfect, constantly reading the situation and winning it 100% of the time. I dont know if i believe OP or not, but dave, if you dont provide HH's me and everyone else on this site will surely doubt you and side with the OP.

1. We have a Security Team that works like most other poker sites. They check deposits, chip dumping, hand histories, multiple accounts, etc. Our customer support and security is located in Costa Rica. Just like many other poker sites including Poker Stars.
2. I have just become aware that Dimensus Limited has been moved to Cyprus. The tag on the bottom of the website will be updated with Dimensus Limited, Cyprus. Cyprus is part of the European Union.
3. We are licensed by the Costa Rican Government to operate a gaming company.

I don't think it matters if there are superusers or not. I mean, there could be players who just call down hands and suck out on the river, and rarely lose at showdown. But it goes more to mounting evidence that PBP is a terrible place to play.

Dave keeps talking about getting $10 free. I never earned my bonus despite playing there for a couple of months. I actually came out about even and would have left there ahead had I not donked off cash on tilt. I don't blame PBP, I blame myself.

The things that are unacceptable to me are:
1) They could not produce HH's from only 24 hours prior when I asked. I tried doing a search function and it didn't even record that I had played during the time I requested.
2) You should never be able to see somebody else's hole cards or not be able to see one or both of your cards
3) The time to reach a bonus shouldn't be misadvertised. They indicated that the $10 was free. Yet after playing microstakes and $1/$2 and $2/$4 for over a month, I didn't earn it. Worse yet, the requests by PM and email were all ignored.

I played there. shame on me. I'm trying to save others from the pain and frustration.

Dave used the logic that since PBP is small, why would they cheat. My take is if PBP is so small, why would a few of us take the time to complain unless there really was something worth complaining about.

I guess since you are being nice enough to respond here I should just speak my mind on this one.

I don't think you have a security department. The reason is that as far as I can tell you have personally handled all security investigations that I have seen. I have also noticed that as we have discussed the alleged cheating, you have suggested that we give you the hands we are interested in. Some times you say that you will analyze them, and sometimes you say that the security department will do it. Why would you offer to analyze them when you have a fully staffed security department?

If I am totally paranoid and this is not the case, can you please have them make an appearance here?

Except most other poker sites provide HH's whenever a player requests them. In fact, the only sites I've heard of NOT providing hand histories are UB and AP. Coincidence?

Also, I suggest you DO NOT compare yourselves to Poker Stars in any capacity. You will get flamed pretty hard because Stars is the industry leader in Customer Service and Transparency, and they deserve much better than to be put on the same level as PBP.

Just my $0.02, why does anybody play anywhere else but stars?

Dave, if that's your real name, who the hell do you think you are dealing with here? 2+2 is the authority on online poker. If pitbull is for real, wouldn't they want to get a clean report card?

And trying to imply that PS operates out of Costa Rica is hugely misleading and he should be ashamed. They may outsource some support function there to a call center, like many major companies do, but they do not operate there, they are not licensed there, and they do not have a shell company there. They are located in and operate in legitimate regulated, respected jurisdictions.

Don't we have a list of legit poker sites? I use sportsbookreview for using online sportsbooks.

By the way, pokerstars gave me all Handhistories i requested, 2 times they gave me the opportunity to download my handhistories from their server, all hands i ever played there quite alot i guess!

PBDave your sites integrity has been called into question here with some serious allegations by respected players. You don't seem to be helping the cause with any of your responses.

If I were you I would be going out of my way to give Rapala and Chesterboy the 1000 hands they requested so an impartial party can analyze the action. The hands don't need all of the villains hole cards just theirs. It is beyond ridiculous that it has taken as long as it has for this to be done.

For the record I will never dream of playing on PitBull Poker after reading this thread and will advise anyone I know who is debating doing so to read this thread prior to depositing.

Dave, you have not responded to any of my questions or requests. Would you care to enlighten us as to why you ignored my HH request for 6 months of sending you an email once per month?

You have said you would go through hands with Chester, it would do your case a huge amount of good if you could post in here a few hands showing either warmachine, copperhead, adebowale or izaak making a call on the river and losing vs me. If you look through the emails from me you have ignored you would see that any play from 16th -20th November at 10/20 LHE should show my play vs these players. Having said this I am very concerned that posted hands could be doctored as they are only text files.

Anyways this post is probably pointless as you have proved how good you are at ignoring me so I don't expect any change now.
