I was recently playing $5/10 on ACR and when the table closed my money went missing

Any tips?
I have just spent a couple hours re checking my account and hand histories while I was playing on ACR recently in the $5/10 Allin or fold cash games, I
played 3 different tables of $5/10 throughout the session. When I began this session I had $5990 (attached photo evidence)
I then play the 3x $5/10 tables (will attach the game history of the 3 tables to show profit loss and rake paid)
I profit $284.83 while paying $154.94 in rake throughout the 3 table session. Now I also receive a beat payout of $50 while I am playing this session (i was 13 points short of the $125 so I already have a big box of tissues out to wipe my tears haha) 
so after this payout a profitable session after rake and me not sitting or playing another table since my money is missing. I have the hand histories for each table and you can see a profitable session even after paying $160 in rake in all in or fold, i just feel really upset and want my money from the table that closed and I received no money from it. You can see that the Table ID: 31296512 Name: Piedmont has $0 on money out when I left the table. The last hand I played before its closure I had $525? then the closure. You can see proof of the positive session. I have emailed ACR i love playing on there site and they are responsive but I am missing funds after grinding hard and I feel it. Any advice or experience other players could give me or some help from a rep I would be extremely appreciative. If you need any more info happy to update currently waiting to hear back from support.
