During activation you need:

Token serial number - this is the 9 digit number on the back
RSA PIN - this is a 4 digit number of your choice
RSA Security Passcode - this is a 10 digit number made up of your 4 digit PIN plus the 6 digits from the token (these 6 digits change regularly)

Once I had done the above I kept going in a bit of a loop and could not get activated properly. I emailed Stars and they had to change a setting on my account. Perhaps you may not get this problem but if you do just contact Stars.

I'm now up and running and it works fine. Good added security.

I posted this in the other thread yesterday. In case you didn't see it this might help.

I use one at work also.

It is a 6 digit number that changes ever 60s. So it is in a sense a dynamic password to connect.

it randomizes a numeric string every 60 seconds which is insync with a server that stars runs, and displays it on the little LCD. To log in u type in random string + ur pw, and stars checks to see if the numeric string is the same one it has on its server and if the pw u entered is correct. So this gives an added layer of protection to where you must physically have this RSA token inorder to log in.
