Ok so let me tell you guys what happened. I started using PayPal to withdraw my winnings on Pokerstars PA because it was so fast. I would literally get it within minutes. I didn’t realize that I had to have a bank account attached to my PayPal so at the end of the year my bank account was closed because I didn’t have anything in it. And actually never used it. I tried to make a withdrawal at the end of December and it was sent back. I tried to make the same withdrawal 3 times all 3 being sent back to my stars balance. I clicked on support but was unable to talk to anyone. Something was changed with the support they are not as easy to talk to as they used to be. So I just figured maybe it’s because it’s the weekend no one is in. I’ll try again on Monday. About 30 minutes later I go to reg a tournament and it says my account is banned? Wtf? I freak the **** out first of all I didn’t realize I had to have a bank account attached to my PayPal now I do and I’ve since took all my money off PokerStars PA. Here’s where it gets more ****ed up. I linked a new bank to my PayPal I thought that would be it I would be able to play again. Nope. They wanted more information about my income. Wtf? I had to email them my tax info from last year, my w2s, I had to fill out this paper that asked how I will be funding my account. Why? Why do they need this information. I sent them an email saying I need to make a withdrawal I have a bill I need to pay. This was before I realized what was going on when my account was completely frozen. And they emailed me back saying because I said that they need more information. I don’t understand why me saying I have a bill to pay would be cause to ban my account for this long. And why do they need to take such a deep dive into my financial history? All over an honest mistake that I fixed. And to top it all off it LITERALLY TAKES DAYS for an email back. Imagine not being able to play on the best site in PA and not being able to talk to anyone about. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails trying to talk to someone. Poker is like side income I use it to buy things for my kids, pay bills, etc. I’m not a pro but I’m definitely winning at the stakes I play and over the last couple months I put in a lot of work into my game. Like the other PA sites there isn’t as much to play at the stakes I play. I play $10-$50 mtts. And I’m a streamer you would think they would want me to play again soon. Idk if anyone knows anything about this or has been in this situation please let me know what I should do. Considering they are not responding to my emails makes me think there is nothing I can do. But idk I guess my hope is that someone from pokerstars PA sees this and just lifts the ban. And winter series starts next week I hope I can play by then.

Bro they banned me for a gambling problem when I banned myself from their casino a year before and was plus about 40k on there in last 6 months before they banned me, I’m up on there big and they only respond with phone numbers for gambling problem centers I’m tommygunz257 on there
