In the past, the withdraws were usually approved in 24 hours.
However, from this month, I made a withdraw request on Oct 4th and received my money on 10th. On Oct 12, I made a withdraw again. So far, they still has not handled it.
Two emails have been sent to their support, but no response.
In the past, FTP support seemed to be just slowly, but they are dumb now!
