How to avoid extra charges when using credit card deposit into poker sites?

For whatever annoying reasons, my banks' credit cards consider deposits into the various poker sites as *gambling* and they attach some sort of penalty: one bank treats it as a 'cash advance' and charges interest for any deposit, another bank has a flat service charge for each transaction. Ofc I'd like to avoid either of these as I think they are ridiculous, who cares how I spend my $$$ as long as it's legal, right?
How do you guys avoid these aggravating fees? What's the best way to avoid any extra charges? I'd like to avoid linking my bank accounts directly with any poker sites and continue using credit cards, if possible.

You're going to find this harder and harder. My country's (correctly) outright banned the use of credit cards outright for gambling

Card -> Skrill -> Pokersite
Pokersite -> Skrill -> Second Pokersite
etc.
