I sent them email that they said to me i have to rake 50$ (which i have done by miles)
and now asking more rake.
Btw i talked on my earlier post that i didnt heard anything about them. And after 2weeks they cancelled my withdraw and said ''There were technical problem''
I sent them email that this infromation really took 2weeks to let me know...

I have about 200d which is not much but i have spend time to play on their site and they dont keep their promises.
Don't really know what to do anymore.

I have already seen a lot similar stories about Highstakes scamming, but i will share my too, that people know what kind of thieves they are.

They send me ticket for Sunday main event satellite, and i played and won, after that ,i won sunday main event too.

When i try withdrawal they declined and says i need deposit and rake that famous 50$. (Play poker 9 years and never seen something like that), but Ok.

I deposit and rake 50+$ in few days.

Try withdrawal again... and guess what.... they again decline with message - "User is to contribute more rake to meet Rake to Withdrawal Ratio outlined in Terms and Conditions. "

There is currently runs some leaderboard rake promotions so im literally shoved on the home page of Highstakes where it is clearly shown i raked more then 50$ .

On top of everything, in highstakes terms and conditions for withdrawal says "In the event the user plays on multiple products or others aside from only poker, a sufficient and reasonable level of play is required"... So i gamble a bit and bet more then 4k$ in casino and lose in casino almost 2k$.
But even with that they don't want to pay my money.

It's really amazing how far they can go with their fraud.

Avoid that site at all costs.

It seems like they just repeat the $50 scam over several people, and are using freerolls and free tickets as bait - so someone would run it up, wish to withdraw, and then fall for the "deposit and rake $50" bait. A lot of fair sites have the same rule regarding freeplay winnings and withdrawals, but the difference is they pay in the end!

After 3 weeks they ignore me, refuse withdrawal without explanation and any valid reason, they finally banned my account and steal all money.

Reason for banned account and finally stealing all my money is "Abusing support". and thats Breach of House Rules they said.

Highstakes.com is now confirmed scam , and i I recommend all players to stop playing there and new players don't deposit there.

Hello all, hoping maybe someone has advice on how to handle this?

Just over a month ago I won a tournament ticket on HighStakes for their Sunday HighRoller tournament. Buy-in $1,333, scheduled to run every Sunday.

However, the tournament literally never runs. The tickets are valid for one month only. In the month that my ticket was valid I had 5 Sundays, tried every single one of them. The tournament is set to run with 15 people minimum and got 5-6 including me. Got canceled every single time.

Sent the support multiple e-mails, both before the ticket expired and after. Most were ignored, got a couple of short copy-and-paste replies with bs about how their tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and so on.

Oh and another detail: most tournaments on this site run with 5 players minimum. This one would run, BUT the minimum is set at 15, ensuring it does not run ever. (I even kept asking them to lower the minimum in my e-mails the whole month, if they are not willing to refund or exchange).

Anyone know anyone I can contact? Or maybe I can reach whoever licensed them? Seems like blatant scamming to take players' funds in satellites, and award worthless tickets for a tournament that does not essentially exist.
