Furthermore, many players of Highstakes have accumulated thousands of dollars on the old software, as their MTT's basically consisted only of generic housebots. This money is now being "legally" flushed over into the player pool of Vbet / Betconstruct - it's all shady as ****.
These are not just my own experiences, you can read about them in any forum.

Poker is supplied through an API integration. They have their own master system, meaning they control deposits/players funds etc as well as their policy to that.
We as a network supplier are responsible for gaming anti-fraud (bots, chipdumping, colluding etc), software support, network promotions.

as for this - idk how other suppliers handle bot policy with their clients, we have 0 tolerance for it, and try our best to detect/ban/refund across our network.
Regarding money flushing i dont see the benefit from this. Our network consists of a lot of skins, their players loosing money to bunch of other skins, leads to what kind of gain? or did you mean something else.
In regards to business ethics and due dilligence from not only legal side, but also players side. -its diffucult
Here is an example - After the war in Ukraine started, Pokermatch ( now Poker-bet) banned\froze all russian players accounts that they gladly accepted before on the site, and seized all their funds. Then after around 8 months of working on essentially russian software they switched to playtech (Ipoker network) ,did playtech cared about 1000s of players having their money stolen?as a supplier i dont think they did at all.
