Sort of along this line, I would like the "I'm ready" button explained in the break box if possible. Not sure all players realize that if everyone clks it the game can continue immediately.

what's with so many downgraded tourney guarantee's? If anything they should be larger with the increase of U.S. players now playing on Merge, thoughts and/or reasoning?

I noticed even tonight (Saturday which is usually slow) there were over 10K players online at one point.

On the non-sync'd breaks thing - I had no choice at one point but to sit out and I actually got dealt AA while I was gone in a game where was around 20bb - really pissed me off. I'm a girl I have to go to the bathroom!!! Please do your best to get those Merge guys to fix this!!!

Also on another note, this rebuy crap has just got to be fixed. I lost over 1 minute of one of the few breaks I had where all my tables were sync'd waiting to click the rebuy box. How hard can it be to add auto rebuy, auto double rebuy and auto add on buttons. I know - hard but this is an even bigger issue than the breaks.

God I feel like I bitch and complain all the time but some things seem like such no brainers to get fixed.

the rebuy thing is a bit more complicated that expected and it's about as much as I can mention at this point but going to have a call later today with Merge as a follow up.

This is still happening on both my laptop and desktop.

There is no indication in mini mode or normal when playing an sng or multi that a player is sitting out.

I stack tables and am probably folding to people sitting out all the time. It's kind of a bad feeling.

Don't know why they do this for cash but not sng/mtts!

Hey David, this morning around 9:13am the client froze for me and a ton of other people. It seems like hundreds of people were forced to close the client and upon trying to open it back up it didnt work for like 5 minutes. i emailed support about this asking for a refund because i was blinded down and it just really destroyed the games. unfortunately they said i cannot have a refund and even had the nerve to tell me its most likely my connection which is rediculous seeing that this happened to a ton of other people! from what i hear this happens frequently but its the first time for me. im kindve reluctant now knowing that if merge's connection just drops i have no shot at a refund even though the problem is out of my hands. Whats my best option to take here??

Agreed. Sitters shouldn't get free chips and yet, if you're multi-tabling, there's no way you can figure out who is sitting out.

Knowing that this is not a Hero issue, but a Merge issue, I'm going to ask anyway.

I am here to BEG for more micro stakes Omaha Hi/Lo multi-table tournaments. I prefer pot limit, but at this point, I'm begging so I would take fixed limit and even no limit Omaha Hi/Lo at buy ins of $2.20 or $3.30 or $4.40. This will help get the little guy back too.

Right now, all you offer the USA OHL player is $11 & $22 and rebuys that get expensive. Please show some love to those who want to build a bank roll.

And, give the tourneys a late registration period so we can get more runners.

And, schedule them about 7 or 8 hours later than what the $2.20 and $5.50 are currently scheduled so the USA players can participate.

That's all I'm begging for.

If it is happening on both your laptop and desktop then it probably is an isp issue and I'm not just saying that as an excuse, but really. In cases like this there really isn't anything much that can be done other than perhaps you getting a vpn account etc. Let me ask if there is any other solution about this.

After the VIP system is set up RB players will generate VIP points at the 65% rate instead of the 25% current rate.

Hi Dave, just noticed the major changes of the VIP system on the rewards page. In particular, I noticed the culling of the tournament tickets after level 100 and the greatly diminished class level up awards. Is this to keep your status as a boutique site? I remember you posting about your vision of giving watches and big prizes away to members of certain classes. Or did the new VIP guidelines cause you to cease this aspect of the reward system as well? Now that the new system is nearly implemented, I would just like to hear your comments about it and what the plans are going forward.

The revisions are done and I'm waiting on a final confirmation on a few last things, this should be implemented by tomorrow at the latest.

So this isn't going to be a simple answer because it wasn't a simple consideration.

1. So the system works for casual/new players, but after level 100, the players who are at a certain level don't really care about the tickets at all. So the initial levels were pretty much kept as is.

2. The level up prizes had to be decreased significantly almost to the point of removal, but were kept in a placeholders for now for divisional/class prizes, because we had to meet network limits on VIP standards.

3. But, they gave us a great deal of flexibility in how we implemented those standards, but while I cannot provide the percentages, I've given more than enough information to easily do so so that you'll see that we did maximize the standard system in that the exchanges provide even single digit exchange increases.

4. We are still a boutique site, but for the sake of clarity, we simply wanted to explain this revision first. There are two paths we can take at the moment and again, the standard path is not what we are going to take. So...again, this just the base system of the VIP system, and the next part will deal with divisional based rewards.

Why?

Currently Hero has about $600 worth of daily freerolls (2x MTT HERO, 2x TRI, PLO) excluding network freerolls (18k a month). And these have been very successful in developing our brand in that, these promotions are always here for our players.

So I'm actually quite pleased so say, with this base system out of the way, we can now focus on developing the divisional/class based prizes. Due to the fact that we are not doing the network VIP freerolls. This will not be resolved shortly as it is very much related to developing our boutique brand and service and we want to ensure that the new VIP system is going to work properly.

Lastly, I was going to bring this up in my Nov CEO update (which I finally feel free enough to get into detail with, cause this based VIP system is sorted), but we are going to aggressively enter into 3 major markets that the network is not, to add in some greater liquidity. So this preparation is also nearly done as well.

Once the final VIP system is implemented tomorrow, I'll have a very comprehensive CEO update for our players.

How long does getting verified take for you guys?

Within 24 hours of sending in the document. (at hero, blackchip and lock)

I uploaded my docs via Player Admin just the other evening. I was notified that my verification was successful about 16 hours later.
