well I bought a wireless mobile device, have my senior marketing manager (Dan) driving our rental as we head off to our next meet and I'm doing this from my lap top in the car- but deepest apologies for the delay, I've been in constant non stop travel and every time I think I can settle in, well something else has been coming up- we set up our new office yesterday, so hopefully myself and my staff will be rocking out the updates/promotions very very soon.

They should be coming in quite soon, but truthfully I am out of the loop on this, Hero players will have full access to these players as well when it happens, but since Hero is no going back into the US market, I haven't inquired about this, but in terms of diversity of players, we are making a big push into a new market, thus all my travel and meetings.

This has been answered correctly by other players in this thread (thanks guys, I really appreciate that); but if you don't finish the entire bonus, it is lost and you have 3 months to take advantage of it.

Unfortunately no player can get rb from the network if they didn't have a rake back account on another merge skin. If you do, you can get it transfered to Hero or anywhere else, providing they (your current skin) allow you to cancel it or after 60 days of inactivity.

The general update happen for 2 reasons, but some recent updates were that Korean language option was taken off the Hero client and merge is always updating bugs. Sorry that it isn't a more specific response, I will ask them to send me a list of the updates that are non-security related.

Yes, please read above, you can email your current network site and ask them to cancel your RB, if they do that, you can email me at
marketing@heropoker.com and let me know, or after 60 days of inactivity. But please note, that I do not condone or am targeting other Merge partners as each site has their own particular value.

I'm so sorry about this, I wanted to do a proper Aug CEO message/update and part of that is actually making personal updates and tweaks to the current promotions and I haven't been a position to do that I for me, just writing an update without that is a bit pointless on my part. In terms of general communication, of course there is value in that, but I guess, it was just pride on my part and a need to stick to my approach even though I've been short on enough time to really sort things the way I want- also, my marketing officer, Ruby, she basically caught a sick flu after all the travel and so will what we are ramping up for-well no excuses, but even with 2 other full time staff traveling with me 24 hours a day, we've been a bit overwhelmed. But today should be the last day where I'm in constant transit, so I hope that I can get out a proper CEO update asap.
Much appreciation to everyone, we are ramping up pretty hardcore at the moment, so I hope that we can add to the network's liquidity in a big way in the next couple of months.
Ok, at the next meeting and I'm 20 mins late, but they can wait because this was long over due (not to say that this meeting isn't important -Hi Vince- if you're reading this afterwards-your meeting is important, but players come first, I'm sure you can appreciate that.)
