somehow I figured giving away my own money to HeroPoker players woudln't be something you would disapprove of.

By the way you still haven't sent me a patch for my walkout t-shirt yet, I didn't know I had to post in this thread to get your attention.

Haha, I just replied, and players come first lol. But I sent a crap load to Gavin and James for WSOP, get a few off them as I'm in the land down under, but I still have a few I can send you from here, just send me your current resident address via email =)

It's a hassle to have to email somebody to restructure your tourney coupons. The way Stars did it is is very simplified and just makes sense.
I agree, it's just the way things were initially structured with the VIP/CRM system with Merge and this was the closest alternative that I could set-up when we launched Hero. But again, I can't do anything about the satellites that award those tickets as they are issued via the network play rather than VIP awards.

In any case, your tournament tickets can be converted to instant cash to do whatever you want with it, so other than the email hassle (and we usually get this done within 24hours), cash game players prefer this. But, I agree, it is not an elegant solution and I'm in the final stages of just restructuring everything to just cash bonuses/VIP point exchanges.

Cheers,
Dave

the limit rake structure needs to be fixed

Any updates on the new software?

Dave, is the rest of Merge back in the US market now? Hope so. Tough to beat you 2+2ers. Fish influx would be nice.

How exactly does the 100% deposit bonus work? Does it payout whatever % you earn at the end of the time period if you dont finish the entire bonus?

You have 90 days to clear the bonus and it is ridiculously hard if you have RB because its based on VIP's and with RB you only clear them at 25% the normal rate.

Yes, it is out of line with the industry standards

I presume it's no longer possible to get rakeback?

I believe that RB ended June 1st. However you can use the VIP points for cash bonuses similar to what stars does. A rakeback player accumulates VIP's at only 25% of what a nonRB players do. Also rakeback players cannot spend VIP's for cash bonuses.
I think that's how it works but Im not 100% sure. If you PM David he will usually respond within 24hrs

Can anyone update me on how long US withdraws are taking?

Do vip points have any value for rakeback players?

You get a tourney ticket as you reach a new level, but you can't exchange points for money if you have RB. Here is another question, though. Dave, jump in, please. OK, you can't do the point exchange for money if you have RB, but do you still get the "instant cash bonus" and the "cash rebate" once you reach Barbarian division if you have RB? Sorry if we already covered this, but it is just now becoming of interest to me. I started to search the thread, but gave up.

You can buy into some of the tournaments with VIP points.

My bonus has been clearing 5% at a time for every 75 vip points I earn. Not sure if it makes a difference but I don't have rakeback.

I was wondering about this too. I have a ton of VIP points and because I have RB there seems that I can't do anything with them. Is there a VIP store? I can't find find the link in the lobby. Also are there any satellites that we can spend our points on?
Thanks Dave

has anyone requested and received a cash out by paper check that resides in the U.S. and had it clear successfully, and if so how many weeks did it take to receive?
