Yes, David, would you explain the $100 playthrough bonus achieved by cashing in the 30K + 30k freeroll? Is there an expiration, and how is it cleared?

can I get rakeback? I signed up for rakeback on a bunch of sites from raketherake but I haven't deposited or played at any of them. I think one of them was a merge site, but no deposit or play at any.

Can I get rakeback through Hero instead?

No telling how everything shakes out later, but I think we're seeing the beginning of something big here with Hero. I wasn't there when Stars first got rolling, but I can imagine this bears a lot of similarities. And traffic is going up steadily too it seems.

It also doesn't show any expiration date.

Keep in mind that Hero has to answer to and depend on Merge.

Can you explain what a cash rebate is? For instance, when getting to level 50, there is a $10 instant cash bonus and a $15 cash rebate. I assume the $10 is instantly credited to account? or is it a bonus that has to be cleared?

To see your balance in lobby, click settings. There is a check box for this. The balance is small (its the same on all skins), but it is there.

Is there an initial sign up bonus?

Hey no worries and I should have been clearer about it, the $100 is in cash and $100 is in play through bonus. The play through bonus gets paid out in $5 increments for every 375 VIP points, and I'm not going to sugar coat it, it ain't easy and super human on rake, but the network has asked us all to make sure bonus standards are set for the moment while we go through this transition period so they can finalize new policy.
1. It had a 3 month expiration date
2. Located in Bonus section of Player Admin
3. Will just pay out as you play
4. Will expire if you withdraw anything
5. And I know it's not ideal, but I didn't want to put any restrictions on the $100, so this was the compromise.

Guys, for the bonus question, just answered it above in the previous posts, but the short honest answer is that it isn't easy.
And if you want to just confirm your RB is possible on Hero, just PM, I don't have access to the network, just my own players, and won't know until we actually try to apply the RB to your account.

If they are using the current standards, than depositing would override the tourney bonus, can't build on with Merge.

It is the same like the deposit bonus, so you get $10 cash and then you have to play off the $15 and get it in $5 increments as you play.

1. It should be 3 months expiry date, even if it doesn't say, it should be, but if you do with draw, the bonus becomes invalid
2. Yes, it should be 3 months as well.
3. Yes, but what happens is that the total amount for each increment gets cleared a the same time, so you need to clear both requirements to get 1 release: example $100 deposit bonus and $100 cash bonus, both pay out at $5 each, but since you have 2, you'll have wait until you hit $10 worth of accumulated points, then you'll get a $10 pay out instead of $5 then $5, and both bonuses will have simultaneously move to the next increment. (eek, clear as mud?)
