Hello 2+2 people!


On may 6 th I made a deposit of 4000 usd by Tether to get max out of WPN skin Pokerking crypto deposit bonus.
By mistake I sent it through the Polygon network instead of the ECR20. I used good wallett address.

According to WPN support they are unable to retrive the funds but I do not accept it. I understand crypto and I know it would take 10 minutes for them to help me out. All they need to do is using a private wallett import the address I used for the deposit ( 0x29AE1E12238955E2Cb62eFF037A5742925117362 ) and add the polygon network so they can recover my deposit.
There they'll be able to see the token I've sent and they can transfer it out of the wallet.

Wpn refused to do it! Wpn told me they can not recover my funds.

I understand it was my mistake so I even offered them to deduct some adminstration fee or put a lock on my account so I can not withdraw it until I raked 8000$.
I think it is a good deal.
The funds were used to go for the elite run. I am a 2 times supernova elite ( Ps nick: darklol ). I used wpn network as my secondary grinding place. I raked around 3000$ monthly before there and wanted to increase it to 10.000$ monthly. Now I withdraw all my money from the site because of lack of support. I do not feel safe playing, grinding for a yearly contract a place where they do not help loyal palyers out.

Is there anybody else who had the same problem ? Anybody got it fixed? Do you WPN should help me out with this do you know anybody at WPN who can help me fix this? Or it is my dumb mistake so I shall be punished?

Hey I had an experience of also depositing a wrong token but the same address. Couldn't remember what it was but they were "kind" enough to reimburse me. I only deposited 1k usd tho.

They basically said the same thing to me that they couldn't recover it. I also understand just like you mentioned that it's easy to recover it but the problem is that you probably need to contact someone from the higher ups

I'd try my luck sending multiple request to their support in the hopes that someone from their support team understands crypto rather than someone answering you automated answers.

Already done that. Even tried my affilate to reach their regional manager. No luck there as well

Try using "X" to get ahold of someone through. Sometimes works.
