FWIW I've never seen that before. Don't think I've ever even seen AA 3 times in a row.

I accept the rationalisation that there have been billions of hands on Full Tilt, hence this situation has occurred due to weight of numbers. But when you observe an incredibly unlikely event, you really need to question your assumptions.
You were fortunate to witness a very unlikely event that you may never see again. That event was not in any way evidence of any deal rigging, in fact it was the opposite and shows randomness. Or evidence of incredibly stupid rigging. Many thousands of players have checked their large hand histories and shown that they got Aces pretty close to 1/221 for all their hands dealt. I guess your example guy was just singled out. Oh wait, he got the.... wait for it...
Spoiler:
BOOMswitch!.
Must have been a new depositor. And after he cashes out he'll then get the DOOMswitch.

I do not feel that online poker is rigged, but like others FTP has me wondering. like others have said the way the villian plays the pot to get there on the river is just ridiculous sometimes. Play stars, stars is legit. though I do believe they tilt the scale in the big stack winning a little more

I "got there" on the river once at Full Tilt.

the bottom line is this. if you are a winning player or a losing player, that probably wont change if the site is rigged.

if the site is rigged to generate more rake for the site then it will work for you just as much as it works against you and you will probably not be able to detect anything in your recorded stats

just my opinion

So you don't think it's rugged?

But you wonder if it's rigged?

Well, actually, you did. You said: "I do not feel that online poker is rigged".

That is a very definite statement and one that is at odds with your subsequent statement that you are starting to wonder.

The correct way to get accross your state of mind would be: "I am not sure if on line poker is rigged".

Given the fact that there is not one shred of evidience that it is and that there is much logical argument against it being in a site's interest to do so, that qualifies you as a rigtard.

Now Full Tilt is worse than Poker Stars ever was. The past month has been brutal. Tonight I've had pocket aces six times. All six times I lost to someone with a lower pocket pair.

I can't tell you how many times (at least 100 times the past thee weeks) where someone needs one card, especially two or three hours into a tournament, and they hit when odds are 90 to 95% in my favor.

You tell yourself that's poker until it happens time after time after time.

I enjoy playing poker online but I'm about ready to give it up. There doesn't seem to be a site to where it plays out like a casino. You see bad beats in a casino but NOTHING like Full Tilt and Poker Stars back when I played over on that site.

Curious as to others observations. Is there a site that's on the up and up or is it time to retire from online poker where you start to get the feeling the deck literally is stacked against you?
many more hands seen in a short amount of time online. you cannot in no way compare it to casino poker. lol start logging results when u play at the casino and compare it to your online stats over a decent volume of hands. if u run the same amount of hands live (which would take a ridiculous amount of time) you would not complain as much. if your looking for "a site to play out like a casino" then online poker is not for you. to many hands played in comparison to "a casino"

More useful contributions from qpw I see.

What was the point of this post shill?

Evidence boy what was the point of your second language post also?

BTW AA 4/5 hands =100% Rigged IMO.

I've not gotten AA in 221 consecutive hands before multiple times in the past. 100% rigged imo since you're supposed to get it on average once every 221 hands (I think).

I've come in last in a tournament before. 100% rigged.

I've come in first in a tournament before. 100% legit.

I've once lost with quads to a straight flush in NLHE. 100% rigged.

I've twice won with a straight flush to quads in NLHE. 100% legit.
