See Q, I'm a man of actions, not words....you should try it sometime...

I could run all over this thread w/ facts and questions pertaining to the online poker industry mistreating and abusing the US player base and it's market, but with in the next few months, whether it be at a state level or federal level, online poker will be Regulated. I don't post for attention.

I agree that the cards dealt on PS and FTP are indeed random. But...can each 'random' shuffle behave differently? Does the PS RNG deal the cards differently than the FTP RNG, thereby producing 'different' results?

These RNG's are computer programs, and many programs that aim to produce similar results produce, well, still somewhat 'different' results. The software looks quite different, so is it possible that the shuffles are different too? Perhaps I'm looking into this too deeply...

You are indulging in your standard activity, making assumptions concerning things about which you know absolutely nothing.

Disregarding the peculiarly paranoid belief that US players are being singled out for mistreatment (apart from by the US government, of course ), you would - not entirely surprisingly - be well off topic.

And you've been wittering on about 'regulation's coming' for some time now. Time to change the record?

Of course not.

Yes, it is an illusion(AKA.Mind Trick) based off the light bouncing and reflecting off your screen, the colors and the frequency at which your computer is running, changes your mood and behavior, <deep breath> which gives the false impression that the RNG behave different.

Do you actually know what a class action lawsuit is?

I only ask because I'm not sure how it is relevant to someone posting your picture.

(Or is a laswsuit in some way different to a lawsuit?)

You are. Random is random. Both sites' RNGs are more than just "computer programs". It's either random or it's not. This comes up a lot though because the original RNGs, like ones used a decade or more ago were pseudo RNGs that WERE just computer programs. Even in those cases, the odds of somebody actually being able to tell the difference were slim to none.

Where do you live? THE SOVIET UNION? Do you not speak english very well? Do you not have friends? How would one have a lawyer PM another with a lawsuit?

Those aren't my pictures and I finally found somebody in this thread dumber then me. It was a joke.

Calm down, calm down.

Take a deep breath.

Now, can you explain what you mean by the above without getting your panties in an almighty bunch.

There are (or have been) quite a few people in this thread who are dumber than you.

Sadly, that isn't saying a lot.

Tk, I don't want to be rude but do you have the vaguest idea what a class action lawsuit is?

Because for the life of me I can't see what 'PMing' has to do with it.

Yeah, we all got that, and it was funny.

I still don't see where 'class action' comes into it.

I just wondered if it was a term you'd heard used and were repeating without properly understanding what it meant.

Addictive ain't it?

I can't figure out whether all these recent posts are people not getting the joke or relevelling.

1. A lawyer cannot PM a "class action" or a "civil suit" via 2+2.

2. They ain't my pictures.

3. I don't know if this is a ploy to divulge personal information...

4. I will never use sarcasm or humor in this thread to mock another b/c all of you are obviously Lizard people with no human sense of humor.

(The whole point of my joke was to not make sense)

So, how do you expect your lawyer to be able to make a case if they weren't your pictures?

Not sure what collusion be considered as but if you want get a group of players and sit at a table and everyone check all the way through many many hands . Then you can see all cards and history . In the end take all monies and split it up and write off the rake . Maybe this is stupid too .
