When I registered to some superturbo heads up SNGs on Full Tilt, I received an error message that told me to contact support and that I had not been registered to the tournament. What happens is I am registered to the tournament, I am given no indication that this has occurred, no table pops up and no hand history is generated. The money just disappears. As usual, no response from Full Tilt support. I've played over 5 million hands on PokerStars over the years, and I've never had a problem with the software. The random crashes of Full Tilt along with this bug is starting to make me believe these errors are not just random bugs.

This error is so obvious and easily preventable with even the most basic error checking code that it seems like this was intentionally written into the code. This really doesn't feel like a bug. Full Tilt ignoring players who report this error is just their standard way of handling these types of issues.

There's just no way that the software designers on this site are this incompetent. It's just not possible. Is there a way to check to see who won the money from me in the tournaments where I was registered but not seated? Can we check to see if it is the same account winning from other players when this error occurs?

Check sharkscope for your FTP history play. Pretty sure you'll need proof of that (if not with anything else) to plead you case. I doubt FTP would hire a few $50-100 an hour programmers just to take you for whatever you bought in that lone SNG for.

It has happened at least 10 times this week. I didn't think much of it. I don't check my balances often. I wouldn't notice if I won or loss a little bit of money. I don't know if they deducted money from my account in those instances. Of course, no response from Full Tilt in those cases either.

How can the software's sequence of operations be deduct funds and then register a player to a tournament instead of the other way around? That's an instant fix to the problem. It's such an easy bug to prevent in the first place and just as easy to fix. Just ignoring the issue is the answer? It seems like someone is writing bugs into the software on purpose.
