So how fast after you ship will someone's account get locked for dealing with suspicious people?

There must be overwhelming mathematical proof that the RNG is manipulated, in any way whatsoever. This proof must be made public. Whether or not the online poker community accepts it has no baring on the bet. If the proof is there, I win, period.
