Depending on which casino you circumvent, there are no legal prosecutions. I would like to see one example of a legal prosecution against a player or a poker site for fraud or any type of abuse.

Bobo, if you came across a way to circumvent securities at both an online bank and an online poker site, which would you choose?

Also, if we reverse engineer the entire super user scandal's, it's easy to see how they got caught and scary to imagine how long it could of gone on. Had they not gotten so greedy and "flashy" with their play, that entire thread would be buried in the great rigged debate.

Had they lurked under the radar, like many do now, they wouldn't of gotten caught. Over time they can evaluate the best poker players EV and ROI and play just below that percentile to avoid detection.

A somewhat reasonable answer to the second question. What about the first one?

Spellcheck of original constitution of the USA hasn't been spellchecked in centuries. Possible forgery. Stay tuned for more information.

Yep!

You'll get it back in spades when he makes the same mistake again ...

There is no full proof way to circumvent securities in online banking and avoid detection. So how is it done? You hack individual customer's. ID theft. You can't hack a bank. Banks don't open emails, visit porn sites ect.

If I circumvent Bank Securities:

What can I do?

Withdraw 1 dollar or less from a couple hundred thousand bank customers? That has been done and won't happen again with out detection. When caught, we also make examples of these people. Slap them with the most merciless and longest prison sentences. Hard labor, run *imbarrsing* documentaries about them on MSNBC, seize and auction off all of their personal belongings, and their family's left w/ nothing.

If I run out of money and I think, "man I should just run across the street w/ a mask and a candy cane and wipe out their cash registers...."

Other then morals, religion, and integrity, the idea of sitting in prison for 10+ years doesn't sit well with me. Also, subconsciously I think of all those documentaries on TV about prison fights, gangs, and being somebody's bitch.

If the only danger and consequence of robbing a bank or a gas station was getting shot at by the "clerk" and getting your name smeared across the newspapers and the news, I'd be willing to bet that there would be lines of burglars and thieves piling into these establishments. ...

Nice to see you drop the mystery man with secrets nonsense for a bit as you can actually construct reasonable posts when you make the effort.

The flaw with the above reasoning however is that it assumes that a lack of discovery of other super users is actually proof that they exist , only that they are stealthy.

Maybe that is the case, maybe not, but that is a flawed use of logic as it assumes something exists without proof it exists.

It's like saying that men can fly, however those that can fly are smart because they keep their ability a secret.

This is why people ask for proof, and with proof there will be believers.

I'm asking for proof that a legal prosecution was made against any poker site or poker player for fraud or abuse. I will not get any, so by your theory, fraud and abuse don't exsist, which is why there is no legal recourse.

I think you misunderstood my first question.

This is probably the worst analogy I've heard in a long long time. Even in this thread! Hint: Fraud can exist with or without prosecution.

In the future, I would suggest that you do some more reading before you post. Your post sounds like a bad interpretation of the the truth, and therefore much of it is incorrect.

And there's nothing huge about your email. Unless it came with a big attachment or something.

live event will be hard - agree. online - in any case these chances are close to zero - but are not zero and the important thing is that when the hack occurs it is a money generating state of art, no network, nothing.

i don't do such things (although i believe i have the skills) just got excited by the artistic aspects of the idea.

By all means understand this is NOT an accusation, but a question that deserves to be addressed.

Um, so how does that lead to this?

He says that the chances of a hack are close to zero, but not actually zero, and from that you extrapolate that he can hack a poker site?
