What if your state lottery drew their numbers behind closed doors, and you asked them to reveal how and when they draw their numbers and how their operations work. If they told you
"No, we make so much money in losing tickets that we have no reason to rig our state lotteries...I'm offended your questioning my ethics and integrity..." would you be ok with that?
I think it'd be questionable if a lottery drew numbers in the dark, however extremely suspicious if they denied "regulation" and transpearancy.
