Yes, you are alone. You can stop wondering now. No-one else has wondered about this before. Sleep well.

Oh, so you have a hand sample you've studied and compared to random probabilities?

Oh, never mind, you said "imo", which means you don't need any silly "proof".

This whole thread is only i believe or i dont believe.

I never saw a good and large anylyse about poker is random and not that poker is rigged. For me its sure that a " rigged " RNG is not primitive rigged , no site will loose there business but all sites will improve there profit.

I bet 90% are not interested to do hard analyses, and from the rest 90% are not able to analyse..and from the rest 99% have a too small database.

For myself its easy..i dont make enough money / hour in todays games to play 60-70 hours / month. If it is a improved RNG or improved players base or cheating is not so important for me.

Right, it could be that you're just not good enough, but you'll happily go ahead and tell everyone it's rigged.

Or does this mean you finally plan to stop?

How do you improve something that's "random"? Make it more random? Then they'll make it "SUPER RANDOM"

Ok, I just realised something I never noticed before and it might explain why I haven't won 4figures+ in a tournament since Jul 08.

I wont a seat to the WSOP main event on the steps sats in 2008. I never took it and spent the money credited to my account in approx Jul 08.

Since then I have played 1000s of mtts and not once have I won more than $xxx. I am now quite convinced I have been "doomswitched" of sorts since as a punishment for not attending the WSOP main event.

The correlation is so strong I wonder if anyone else can offer similar facts.

To show that there is a correlation between unregistering from the WSOP and getting poor tournament results you would need to have won seats over several years, unregistering some times and playing other times, and comparing your results across the two sets of data.

Hi, I just joined so i can have my say on this matter. Bare with me, i haven't had any sleep but i had to put this on the forum.

I'm not really sure if this first part is cheating but it is a bit dodgy and had me the other guy in the chat wondering what was going on..
I was at 10 cent nl table when after about an hour i noticed a distinct pattern going on with 7 of the other 9 players. I said hi to the one in chat i knew was just a regular player like myself. I said watch and notice how the other players ALWAYS go in with a high pair and immediately raise 75 cents and it's always against him and i, they never bet against each other. Then i said watch what happens when i challenge one of the bots on the flop. So i wait for a low card flop and when it comes one of the bots raises 75 cents as usual, then i re-raise and he folds, the only time they didnt fold was if they had QQ KK AA. I did this until i was up almost $50. Then i get dealt flush AQ and the flop was 983, i expect the bot will fold but no he doesn't he does the usual 75 cent raise, so i re-raise, and to my surprise he goes all in with a 97? So i call him, the turn is a 9 the river is a 7...I'm like wtf??? he has ESP or something?

BTW. I went to the 2 cent tables after that and found a similar pattern going on.

Now here is where i'm positive pokerstars either has cheaters or they have players working for them.

I joined a 10 player $3.40 nl tourney...This tournament started off really strange, no one was fighting for chips and even when the blinds had gone up 200, it was like they just sat down and weren't even worried about it.And some of the same patterns i mentioned above were going on. The bots ONLY bet against the real players and not each other. So i asked in chat, who here isn't a bot? ( I already knew) 2 players respond, they ask me what i'm talking about...to make a long story short i said watch what the other players do...so the game goes on and their not entirely convinced or just not sure what to think. After they were eliminated it was just me and 3 bots. At this point i dont say anything in chat because i dont want to give anything away.. I'm second with chips ( about 8000) the one bot in fourth has 3000, he goes all in PRE FLOP against the leader bot with a 3-7, he gets a straight and wins the hand!!! That was just one of many amazing wins by these bots. Then i realised i have to come in third to get any money. I thought to myself, if i lose i bet they will end the game really quick because they got rid of the real players already. I end up losing, as soon as i did they did exactly what i thought, they ended the game with the last 3 hands!!!.

I don't know for sure if these players were working together or for pokerstars...But i know it was one or the other. I've only been playing poker for a little over a month but i'm no idiot. Like i said judge for yourself, i don't know what the other poker sites are like but i would bet there no different. Just watch really close to what goes on.

It seems to me that the first step should be for you to email support@pokerstars.com and get them to look into it?

I simple reduce / stop playing.

But do you have a monsterdatabase ?
Do you have analysed them ?

A simple exel-sheet 30 million hands and 100 parameter with expected result,
result that happens would be enough to stop this discussions.

At sample 3 people see the flop set over set expected xx % happens xx %.
AA via KK expected xx % happens xx % ( i am sure noone rigg such primitive things )
1-9 outers small stack hit, big stack hit ( should be the same )

QQ - AA heads up how many times have the opp a Monsterdraw after flop.
expected % happens %

100 of this or similar.

So far i dont saw someone that proofed its random , and also noone that proofed its rigged

I don't know if it's rigged but i now know for sure they have paid employees that play the sit n go's.

I will have proof of this when i learn how to record my next sit n go.

If you know for sure that implies you have proof. Oh wait, you don't?
