hey dummy, pokerroom is still around.

also, they're a skin on the Ongame Network. how exactly does rigging work on individual sites across the whole network? wouldn't there be conflicts between say, PokerRoom & Hollywood? Like "our fish needs to suck out more than your fish?"

btw, SuckitFoot, you are on ignore but I saw your post because I was responding to a complaint about it.

PokerRoom was (if they aren't still) SO ****ing crooked.

It was, however, my favorite play money site.

re: The great "Poker is rigged" debate - Collected threads edition

ok guys now I have proof that the stars is rigged.

Look at the hand below.

Poker Stars No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t125.00/t250.00 Blinds - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BTN: t6580.00 M = 17.55
SB: t2685.00 M = 7.16
BB: t1955.00 M = 5.21
UTG: t1130.00 M = 3.01
MP: t1320.00 M = 3.52
Hero (CO): t1330.00 M = 3.55

Pre Flop: (t375) Hero is CO with K K
UTG raises to t605, 1 fold, Hero calls t605, 3 folds

Flop: (t1585) 9 K 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

Turn: (t1585) 5 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

River: (t1585) 2 (2 players)
UTG bets t500, Hero calls t500

I can't believe that he showed me the A Q
I was slow playing him all the way and then he hit a runner runner to only give me the second nuts. oh wait he got there on the turn and I trapped my self. damn, I gotta get off that o2.

Still that is like impossible and I have already emailed them demanding a refund. I think he is a superbot and knew my hole cards and made me play bad. Poker is not fair Poker is rigged.

That is the most damning evidence in this thread.

And by damning, I mean damn.

Thanks for bringing that to my (our) attention. I'll be sure to never play on Pokerstars ever again.

I don't know anything about pokerroom but I assume it was a site where you actually managed to win some money years ago because the competition was so bad. This explains why you can't now handle constantly losing and have to make excuses for yourself by accusing people of cheating you.

re: The great "Poker is rigged" debate - Collected threads edition

I would love to see this analysis:

Big pot (200BB or more) all in PF situations only, and see if the favorite hands win in the expected frequency.

If you take the whole all PF situation your analisys is biased, because you are not analysing the hands population.

Another analysis I would like to see:

1 billion all in PF situations (200BB or more) with 56s, against KK AND AA ONLY. I want to see if the 56s is winning in the right frequency.

The question is, what worth has in making a "all hands" analisys if the rigged is probably in just a population of hands. If you rig a specific population of hands and make an all hands aanalisis you are biasing your sample, its a selection error.

If you want to know if there is an association between cigarette smoke and lung cancer you have to study smokers. If you put people that dont smoke in the group that should be only smokers you are making a selection error, the smokers population is biased.

The same happens to the hands you want to analyse. If you pick the non rigged hands and put them in in the probably rigged hands group you are going to find nothing.

That means that finding possible rigged hands is not as simple as running an "all hands" billion analisys. Such analysis just prove that the entire population of hands taken togheter is ok, but says nothing about specif groups of hands.

The problem gets bigger when you realize the these specific groups can be infinity, because you can add to the speceific hands variable the "point in time" variable.

The bots are any software that plays poker automatically (by itself)

The superbots are inside the poker room software bots. The superbots know everything because the know the RNG logarythm, so they can see the hole cards of everyone and the cards that are coming in every streets.

So the superduperbot knows which are the superbots, bots, and normal humans and ensures that the money is properly distributed among all 3.

That of course brings up the question of

"who watches the superduperbots?"

Why do you always introduce some new term when commenting the posts? I´m talking about supoerbots and you talk about lizard people. Im talking about superbots and you talk about superduperbots.

Im pretty sure you work to some poker room, and your job is to try to make any thinking about rigged sites something silly or lunatic, likw I was talking about some UFO conspiracy.

Another thing, you seem to keep 24h plugged in this thread, and your answers are very fast, so if you are not paid to do this, there is only one another possibility, you are one of the lizard people.

Im talking about beta or alfa error, dont remember, I think is beta error, selection error or someting like that.

What I mean is that if you are chasing rigged hads you have to treot it as a population, there is no sense in analyse the entire population together, you have to focus in the probable rigged hands and analyse that population of hands.

That makes pretty sense to me. I hope.
