n.

One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle."

So no, he hasn't. And I don't think he has ever acted like one. By that definition, that is (source of these is from Answers.com, what Google uses).

What the **** does it matter how rich they are? A rich person doesn't want his name shat on any less than a poor person does.

"crim·i·nal
adj.

1. Of, involving, or having the nature of crime: criminal abuse.
2. Relating to the administration of penal law.
3.
1. Guilty of crime.

2. Characteristic of a criminal.
4. Shameful; disgraceful: a criminal waste of talent.

crime
n.

1. An act committed or omitted in violation of a law forbidding or commanding it and for which punishment is imposed upon conviction.
2. Unlawful activity: statistics relating to violent crime.
3. A serious offense, especially one in violation of morality.
4. An unjust, senseless, or disgraceful act or condition: It's a crime to squander our country's natural resources.
"

Whether the word "criminal" is correct isn't really the issue. I'm sure everybody would agree it's immoral.

Green; color of moolah.

I also like the colors of the sunset, red hair, blue shirts, and random things that are purple (which there aren't a lot of).

There are many ways to punish and imprison those who have cheated us.

You seem kinda desperate, almost praying that just that does not happen.

I think they will be punished and thats fine with me

Really then why aren't Russ Hamilton and the people responsible for stealing millions in the AP/UB scandal in jail.

This thread has really gone downhill lately. It has degenerated into people just saying 'it must be rigged' over and over without any evidence. That doesn't even make for a possible discussion as what is there to argue about?

The rigtards don't even seem to know what 'evidence' is, hence posting a poll rather than collecting some data. It's just ridiculous, it's like posting a poll asking if the moon is made out of cheese, rather than analysing the samples brought back by probes and discovering that they are distinctly non-dairy.

So to summarise please can someone post any evidence that it is rigged, or at least a statement about *how* it is rigged that is possible to test. Saying 'timing' is not a testable hypothesis, it's no better than the invisible pink unicorn hypothesis (see wikipedia).

You don't understand the definition of 'criminal activity'.

You are also wrong.

Any company that is listed on the London stock exchanged can be brought to account in the English courts.

All you need to do is provide some evidence (Damn, there's that pesky 'E' word again).

I'm a systems architect.

Were AB/UB listed on the London Stock exchange?

If not were they in the US? Is there a simlar law for the US stock exchange.

These guys are criminals for sure and perhaps I didnt get the definition spot on but the point still stands as to why has there been no punishment for the AP/UB "criminals".

What does a systems architect do? Ive never heard of that before tbh.

Thanks for answering the question.

You still didn't answer about where you play OP,limits etc.

Do you understand the difference between a shareholder and a company?

Do you understand the difference between 'protecting' someone and defending them against baseless allegations or criminal activities.

As has already been pointed out I don't insult everyone.

I insult a very, very, few people selected for their consistently moronic behaviour.

You are at the top of the list because:

1) You are one of the most idiotic posters I've ever encountered on the internet.

2) You persistently demonstrate your cretinously inadequate intellect for all to see.

It is not one law, there are reams of them.

There are, of course, similar laws relating to companies listed on US stock exchanges but they tend to be answerable to US courts rather than English ones.

Good, I'm glad you've got that sorted out because earlier you said they weren't (admittedly on quite spurious grounds).

Someone who works out how to build large computer systems - how many machines to use, whereabouts in the world they willl be placed, how they'll talk to one another, what software they'll use, what sort of comms, how the database will be arranged, that sort of thing.

Poker is just light relief.
