But there is strong evidence that the shuffle is random.

Here are a few links to relevant pages that prove the shuffle is random:

Then maybe you should be directing your opprobrium at the US officials who dishonourably acted in contravention of treaties freely entered into by the US and by virtue of which the US makes a great deal of money.

Maybe you would like to tone down your entirely misplaced and hypocritical self righteousness and remember that the US have been found guilty of violating treaties that they signed and have had penalties awarded against them.

Luckily in US there is still law
Indeed, as there is everywhere else.

Unfortunately, just as in many other places that law in the US is sometimes ignored and contravened by those who should be upholding it.

This whole sorry mess was instigated when the US violated international treaties - as confirmed by the very organisation set up to monitor those treaties.

This is absolute nonsense.

You haven't a clue what you are talking about.

(There is a small possibility you might have been correct if you had used UB/AP as your target.)

Depends on the percentage you are in front and in a long run it should abide to those percentages. I consider the volume I played since Black Friday big enough to conclude that something changed and it was not the quality of the oposition (they are still ungodly terrible), its not my play because I can see through the EV calculations that Im making the rigth decisions the same ammount of time if not more times than before ... So whats left ?? You guessed ... LEGITIMACY !!

Its valid for all three with Pokerstars beeing the one in less trouble because they still have means to defraud a very big player base ...

Are you one of these simpletons who can't afford Pokertracker or are too stupid to use it? Or do you just refuse to produce evidence because you want the sites to get away with it?

No business has been shutdown. If anything, the American public have been shutdown because of the greedy Government that thinks the public are too stupid to be trusted with their own money.

You are posting unmitigated nonsense.

Pokerstars and FT both keep their player's money in escrow accounts and have no need whatsoever to make a single penny more in order to have the funds to pay back every single player, worldwide.

Ok, but I hope you aren't just going to post a graph where you are running below EV for a week because all that will prove is whether you are running below EV or not. You will just be met with comments about variance.

If you want to actually show that your results are statistically significant you will have to do a little analysis. Like looking at how many hands in your sample you got it in as a favourite. Stating how many times you were expected to win, how many times you actually won, and how significant that result is.

If you do it properly then you might actually get some interest.

You clowns realize your debating something you have no proof against vs a side who is just simply venting? lol, and you guys think the "Rigged" side are idiots.

So all Madoff's victims got their money back?

That is the necessary corollary of their funds being in an escrow account.

Although how you run a Ponzi scheme - or a legitimate investment scheme, come to that - with clients funds in escrow is a bit of a mystery.

(Subtext: You two haven't the vaguest notion of even the basics of what you are pontificating on.)
