Also, players will get a buzz from these action hands, (whether they win or lose, the buzz is thought to be very similar either way,) and remember these hands and again be more inclined to spend their money again elsewhere on the site.

Even for good players, who learn to become quite emotionally neutral when playing poker, there is still a buzz when seeing big hands, whether that be aces preflop, or flopping a set, or making a flush and I think for beginners and poor players this buzz is far, far greater. So, more action hands = bigger buzz from poker = players more likely to return.
