I see this thread has alot of interest. So what could we do instead is start recolecting hand histories. Open a new thread or something and ask players if they would like to contribute. And give them to people who are able to analyze it.

You just repeated what you just said. you use the term "statistical anomalies" freely without actually stopping and thinking of what you're talking about.

Let me simplify this for you:
These auditers (Cigital, BMM, etc.) do not look for "statistical anomalies" in the places the op has described in his theory of "timing" (shortstack, bubble, etc.) Their audit programs are not able to recognize these situations let alone look for them.

Thanks, very good post. Now, it is checked once in the year after geting a licence. But even so, the auditors have their price. And even if the poker room could get like the date of the audit, i think it would be enough.

they dont make statistical analyzis of a game, they anazlyze a randomness of 0´s and 1´a generated by RNG.

You dont understand anything as i see... RNG is a machine that generates 0´s and 1´s and not shuffles or deals cards. Its a Random Number Generator, And not Electronic card shuffler. Those 0´s and 1´s goes procesed throu a specific softwares, that has a specific card as an outcome.

Waht they veryfied was a randomness of their Random Number Generators wich are totally random.
