Actually if there is any cheating going on it is extremely subtle. So subtle in fact that no one has ever produced a single shred of evidence that even comes close to even hinting at the slightest teeny weeny whiff of riggedness in the deal at Stars or Full Tilt.

i had a buddy of mine play a HU SNG with me once... we checked every hand down and showed our cards... the information was VERY interesting, but with such a small sample, inconclusive...

They refused to give me mine... Said I'd signed up through a doomswitched affiliate or something. I think I'm going to start a petition.

technically could be possible that sites rig the cards but I don't think that it's already happening.. just variance and weak mind to face up the bad beats.
