Yes, if you write such software, sign 30 pros (29 of whom is brake even or even losing players after monster sample sizes). Your hats and shirts are all over the biggest live events you invest millons in advertisements, it will become random. You can make algorithm witch doesnt necesarily will deal AA 12 times in a row or whats so ever, your deal will become random over view of thousands of people.
From other point of view, you can have a legitimate buisiness (random) hire same ammount of pros (witch will show the same bad results) Invest the same ammount of money in advertisements and there still will be players who claim that your deal is not random.
This games involves such huge ammount of variance, you just cant prove anything. Even 1000 expamples of 20K coinflips will have around 3% of samples with 75% heads or tails.
