Got scammed by BWIN/PartyPoker Got scammed by BWIN/PartyPoker

Hello everyone.

As the title says I got scammed for 1100 euro and it is not the amount of money that hurts me as the all experience which I would never expect from so well known company.

Last year I was staying in my girlfriend's for some months in Bulgaria. So after reading bwin policies I didn't see anything related with address verification so I proceed to register.
After some time I did a withdraw to test things up. They asked me to verify my identity which I did. I received an email saying your account is fully verified now. I managed to do a withdrawal to my master card the same card I used to do 2 deposits. I didn't played a huge volume but managed to win about 500 euro. I didn't played for past couple months and didn't even think to withdraw my money from there as I was sure that they are safe.

Time passed and I moved back to Greece my main land. When I tried to login into my account I found out that bwin.com is not operating here but bwin.gr which is obviously just 2 different products of same company. When I contacted the support and described my situation I was very shocked. I have contacted multiple supports and I must give this scummy company the number 1 worst experience. Anyway after couple live support sessions and couple emails what they asked what the following. They said that my account has not an active payment method (even though I have already deposited 2 times and withdrawed once) and in order to proceed my withdraw they need a bank statement which contains all the data (by the way even my bank in Greece will not give me such a detailed statement) and the bank need to be registered in Bulgaria. The card I used is registered in a Greek Bank and I dont have a bank account in Bulgaria obviously.

The last time I suggested the following. I could register and verify an account in bwin.gr and since the account will be on the same name I asked if they could make an internal transfer. They replied that I should contact the bwin.gr as this is a different product.

Anyway the all experience was terrible. You cant letting people do deposits, withdraws, verify the account and then suddenly refusing to do a withdraw.
I explained them multiple times my situation but they dont really care. They act like they dont understand.
Also reading their policies I dont see anything related with the need to provide a bank statement etc. This is really a joke. They simply scammed me.
