Around a week ago I was sitting in 4x210$ and 2x365$ HUSNG on Betfair. (part of Ipoker)

Suddenly software kicks me out and when I try to login I see this:





This keeps happening for like 10minutes and cant get back in.
Everything else works just fine.
Finally I get in only to see that somebody had sat me and blinded me down.
So I lost 1570dollars there.
Immediately contacted support and they told me that the issue will be solved fast because of the amount of the money involded etc.
I got no response about the issue, even though I contacted live support 3 times.
Finally my affiliate gets things going and I got a call from Betfair.
The guy tells me they have been investigating this and its NOT MY FAULT
that I got disconnected. They say its Ipokers fault but still only thing they can give is 1x200dollar tournament token.

This same thing happened to me couple of months ago at William Hill (also part of Ipoker). In that case I even got to play some hands and still got full refund in 48hours.

Betfair is a horrible company, you should just see this a lesson to NOT play on sites which are listed at multiple scam warning sites. They apparently cheat a lot of gamblers who made the mistake and actually won in their casino, they weren't having that ****

This has happened to me before on Titan (also ipoker) and I never got anything back I was only playing 1 MTT $10 buy-in and on a couple of cash tables so never really bothered fighting it I just withdrew my role and never played ipoker again.

Don't play on iPoker unless you have to

FYP. The network is indeed uncomfortable for tourneys, but in cash games you only lose the money invested into pots when disconnected... which is normally not that many BIs

I don't work with Betfair, but lets see if we can put you in touch with the right people to make an appeal and get a better result.

Some sites do struggle to take responsibility for their connection/client at times. Stars, of course, has an incredibly consistent and generous refund policy. A few other rooms are good too.

I remember though 2.5 years ago I was making a video, as an affiliate, for a poker room, in order to review their software and advertise their poker room. I was recording and disconnected. I pulled up the browser in the video, another poker room, etc. and it worked fine. It was only $33. I emailed several people, including contacts that worked on the affiliate side and not a single person refunded. Perhaps if I had pressed even harder I could've got it, but I considered it valuable information and ended up promoting a competitor of theirs that gave far better service. I guess the point is that any level of absurdity is potentially possible in some cases and the only real impact you can make is to find a better place to take your business.

Had same problem on Ipoker´s Titan Poker yesterday. Got kicked out of the software at 6:20 gtm being registered in 2 365 and 2 520 hu sng, try to enter for 15 mins on two different connections and computers, email them at 06:36 with a topic that says (Urgent), at 7:04 gtm I got sat by IloveIce666 on one table when he realizes I am sit out he sat all of my tables and blind me out. I went to sleep, woke up and had not received an answer yet, and then I got in contact with VIP online support and right now they are investigating. I am totally confident I am getting a full refund but in case I do not get it I am not playing there anymore. Ipoker software sucks btw.

Been disconnected from Betfair multiple times during MTTs and they claim it's my fault every time despite me being able to use other Poker Clients. I only use them as I get rakeback.

I asked Harry the Betfair rep about the frequent disconnections and what they was going to do about it a couple of weeks ago and he said they are confident they have found a fix.

Ive been disconnected several times since so that statement is rubbish. Tbh, I think the only solution for me is to leave the Ipoker network and Betfair in particular. Why they even have a poker room is a mystery cos they couldnt give a toss about the poker side of things!
