So I've been playing on global poker for years now, I started out playing tournaments/sit & go's here and slowly transitioned into playing cash games, primary plo.
I never took it that serious up until this year. The cash games in my area dried up and I thought it would be a good idea to start grinding more online.
I started playing mostly everyday, while playing mostly 2-5 i was also dabbling in some 5-10 and 10-20. Over the span of the the year I probably deposited around $30k into my account (didn't run so hot in high stakes)
The last deposit I made was a few months ago with 8 $500 transactions worth $4000, with that $4,000 a began grinding again and within a month I had $24,000 on my account. I was playing probably an average of 5-6 hours a day for 5 days a week.
Then one day I logged in to my account to find out my account was suspended and referred me to a link for a 'source of funds survey' in order for me to continue playing on the site.
I explained them my situation and that I play poker professionally and have played primary live cash games but trying to make a transition to online. It has been two months since this all started and I have received one email from the 'team in charge' with them telling me I have to send them tax records which I dont feel conformable doing at all. I asked them if there is anything else I can do, and its been weeks since they replied. The most frustrating part is how long they take getting back to me while I have 24,000 locked on my account.

Has this happened to anyone else?
