Any success getting this resolved? I am in the EXACT same position and customer service is useless and fail to grasp the issue. All I get are the canned responses of delete cache/cookies, try another browser, etc…. I have done all of that to no avail. The issue clearly lies within their system.
Tried to get them to ‘reject’ the supposed pending verification on their end - no response to that direct request
Sent them verification docs via cusomer service - no response or willingness to take ownership and usher through process.
Worst / most useless customer service I have ever experienced in my life
