First off-I wanna say 100% ban is my fault.

Soni created another account to see if my complaining had my account flagged “dont let win” by their RNG-paranoid hubris i know
I immediately notified them of this second account and asked it be deleted as I knew it violated T&C and i actually only used second “tester account” for 24-48 hrs and NEVER tried to use both at same time (i left my real cash account alone while I calmed down).
2. I asked for
My account to be deleted after a SECOND very bad situation in a big tournament.
i. Tourney one have a nice top spot big pot it crashes tourney rescheduled!!!
ii. Next, i take a break, again top spot big tourney (for me) and come back to have my whole stack gone so i rage email them to delete my account

Again both my fault but at the same time i was honest about the second account and have not received any help on other problems-reacheduling a tournament to antime i cant make when i already grinded for 90 mins to reach a top spot isnt justice. Also not tryna play race card but ive had people call me a “effin N-word” after beating their butt.

Now that i have admitted my wrong doings and asked to be reinstated and wont play drunk and wont call your site rigged they wont let me play. Lost $1200 won nothing and as i complained about frequency of bad beats and suck outs luck got worse and worse.

a night of drinking while playing completely destroyed my chances of playing online legally in my state so I gave since said **** booze.

First off, they absolutely, positively, should never let you play again - it would be foolish to do so. They have laws around responsible gaming to consider, and after this history you could easily come back at them for any losses claiming they shouldn't have let you gamble again as you're a problem gambler. So, the small amount of rake they'd earn (relative to their whole operation) versus potential legal issues and the possibility they'd be freerolling you means they're done with you forever IMO, as they should be.

Secondly, you probably shouldn't play poker for money any more. But if you truly have things under control...time to find a new site.

Hit the micros at SwC. You can rage all you want there, the worst you'll get is chat-banned for a week. And if you think your account has terminal runbad, just make a new one.
