Short story: GG is not letting me withdraw my funds from the site.

Long story:

I am from Romania and GGPoker was banned here until last November when I registered on the site and started playing there. The registration and depositing went clean and all was fine.

In January I wanted to withdraw some funds and I for some reason it was rejected. So I contacted the support and they said there is some maintenance issue so I have to deposit a minumum of $10 with another method and then I can withdraw funds using that method. Okay, I did that and tried withdrawing 4 times and they were rejected again. The reason the software gave in the cashier window was insufficient gameplay. So I tried for a 5th time and it worked. Nice. Then in April I withdrew my whole bankroll because I needed the money. Went smooth no problem.
In May I had some spare money to deposit and play the some of events of the series that was going on. Went ****, lost some money. Then comes July.

I tried to withdraw again and I was rejected again. Reason: insufficient gameplay. Okay, let's contact the support and ask them what's up. They replied with a pre-written answer that I have to play at least once to be eligible for withdrawal. That seemed odd considering I played over 100 tournaments at that point and couple of thousand of R&C. So I tell them that I have definitely played at least once and that cannot be a problem. And this guy slipped because he answered this: "Unfortunately we cannot reveal the amount of play needed to prevent the possibility of unfair use."
What the ****? The withdrawal policy clearly states that a player have to participate at the games at least once to be able to withdraw. So it's all a lie? What the hell?
So then I ask them is there an amount of rake I have to generate before I can withdraw my money? And then they send me another pre-written bullshit answer. Nice.

So I played more. More tournament and more R&C. Then comes August when I dared to withdraw my funds again. Rejected again. Insufficient gameplay again. Pre-written answers again about the withdrawal policy and the processes. Not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Complete unwillingness to give a concrete answer.

I have played on all the major sites throughout the years and never had problem with withdrawals or deposits. But for some reason the world's #1 poker site is simply refusing to give my money back. It is my money, I should be able to take it out when I want without any explanation. Period.

At this point I will not be generating any more rake for this scum site and just gave up on the money that is there because what if I play more, win big then still cannot withdraw? Make them richer for no reason? **** 'em.

When a poker site states that you have to play your deposit once, they mean your bets made have to add up to the amount of your deposit.

I'm not sure if this applies more to cash games than to tournaments, but if tournaments count, then you would have to enter, say, fifty $100 tournaments if you deposited $5,000, before you were eligible to withdraw.

It's a fairly standard and reasonable rule when they have to try to prevent money laundering.

Perhaps this is the problem?
