GGPoker - Account access locked on Laptop but not anywhere else

Hey all

Not sure if anyone has experienced this but I tried to log into my GG account on my laptop a couple of days ago and it said it was locked for 'security' reasons. Tried to log in on my tablet and phone and can get into it and play. I also can deposit and withdraw so there does not seem to be an issue there, its just the access on my laptop they are blocking.

Have tried to email them but have not had a response yet. Just interested in knowing if anyone has had the same issue as me and what it could be causing it.

Maybe it's related to being logged in from several places? I had that issue with stars when it didn't log me out correctly. Perhaps try asking in the reddit gg admins?

Yeah I just had this after having a look during the Stars fiasco. Craziness. It's a newish laptop a Huawei ?

No I have a MSI. To be honest I have been pretty spooked after the conversation and have closed my GG account now

I'm getting so annoyed now at the craziness with sites. What do you take away from that though ? I didn't really play high at all ..

Honestly no idea what I am going to do now. I have fully closed my account so I am guessing I cannot open another and I am not buying a new PC just to play as in 20 years of playing online poker this has never happened to me before.

The account was just limited to playing on mobile or another PC which just does not make sense. Other poker clients like party and stars work fine so I have no idea why GG would do something like this.
