The reputation of that Network (as we all may see through the forum topics) was in poor state if not to say SCUM state, by they simply accused me of Promotion Abuse (no chance to somehow argue this no evidences just for winning), banning me with funds confiscation then ignoring.

I played AOF GG for few months, made my first profits (4k totally) then was blocked with more then 12k on the balance.

After 2 months of slowplaing the investigation asking strange questions like "Is there anyone with whom you discuss poker strategy?" or "Describe your computer setup as detailed as possible". By the way I was calmly answering all the questions sending them pictures of my computer, telling them what Clients i used to play and how got to poker (I guess they were trying to mean that I am bot)


Then they accused my of AOF Promotion abuse to minimize win-loss on "AOF Bingo witch is no sense, because I was simply playing for bingo more actively to get some bingo ev profits.


They did not gave me any evidences after the decision, on the other hand they simply started to ignore me, not responding any messages. Just no answers my 4 messages and they just ignore.


I do not really know what to do right know, I am a lawyer in my other life so made a letter to Curaçao about gaming license of Natural8 GGNetwork skin, maybe they can help me get back my balance

I am not sure this can be useful but this topic here for this reasons:

1. State the fact that GGNetwork still banning and confiscating money for no reason

2.Draw attention to the 1st point and (maybe one time) they at least return funds

3. Let other people (who still don't know the "darkside" of the GGNetwork) know what they do with players

4. If you have anything to add maybe your story but still did not do it all over the forum you can do it

what does that even mean "minimize win-loss" ?
trying to make money? what does that AOF promotion consist of?

Only thing that is lol is op who breaks the rules gets canned and acts like a little baby. And yeah it's been like that for years. Most likely everyone who reads 2+2 knows that already.

I don't know about the reasons for your ban or if they're legit, but it's funny GG pretends to care about fair play when they are the only site making games unbeatable for 95% of players because of the crazy high rake and hidden fees, bumhunting policy and giving the lowest rakeback unless you're a big loser

there is daily leaderboard - that is their AOF promotion. they do not see the difference of bumhunting and table selecting and I know they give warnings for this (getting a number of warnings may lead to permanent ban and funds confiscation)

Nobody is ideal, not me and you. I dont pretend to be "little baby", but I think you know better then me how GG operates profit players, their policies and just cases of inappropriate behavior. But it is okey it your opinion no problem.

You better advise what so called "everyone who reads 2+2" can advise to get the funds back. It will be more profitable for everybody for sure!

I get that it's their goal and policy to discourage this but warnings, then temp suspensions, then perm bans w/o touching your money would more than suffice
that whole list of offenses is dubiously put together imo, since only collusion and RTA are universally punishable by bans

Certainly the unopposed fact that they did take the OPs money solely at their discretion suggests anyone that leaves money on their site should know it is not safe. They can't rob you if you don't play there. They can't steal a lot if you never have a lot on site to steal.

I am upset that my funds were confiscated for unreasonable reasons. Table selecting trying to make profits does not punished the way they did it. Buy the way it is not punished at all, bet gg thinks it differently.

I did not use, guess they send this type of request (computer setup and programs) all together ((Only for those that use VPN) vpn check as well. I sent them all programs on computer and specifications.
