Not sure what is going on at bwin.party but it almost seems like they are forced to go out of business by someone and they are complying.

In an earlier post many months ago i detailed how my PartyPoker software was broken for 3 months and in the end( even though PartyPoker said it was their issue) the Gaming Comission told me that Party told them that the problem was on my end ?

(yeah right so i broke the software on my end)

I have an account on bwin, opened it in July 2014 and have not played poker in two months.

When i wanted to login and got some incorrect login attempts it was locked. Personal identification was mailed to them.

Now after i spoke with Bwin on the phone the guy was so rude, he couldn't find the email he hangs up the phone and says that the conversation is over.

So now i call back and ask for a manager and i get someone who says "I am from the polish security team"

After explaining my situation numerous times on the phone she is finally able to locate the email i sent..
