3 days ago I made my first deposit on FullTilt. The payment went through with no problems and has been deducted from my bank account. I played for a few hours, broke even, and went out for the night. When I came back later it would not let me log on to my account. I understand that this happens when they are suspicious of something, but I have done nothing wrong. Worst of all is that I emailed them that night and they have still not responded. A simple response telling me what the problem is would satisfy me, instead I am locked out of my account with absolutely no clue why. This is all a very frustrating experience and I have lost most of my faith in FullTilt. I understand everything will probably be resolved eventually but I feel I must warn others before they deposit on FullTilt.

i told you the money has already been taken out of my account, and it shows the payment details under my online banking detail. How could it have possibly been a bad deposit??????? it was only $50 too.

Plus I have no problem with them locking up my account if they think there is some problem but they should AT LEAST email me back explaining what is happening.

The only thing I can think of is that I have a United States billing address and account but I am studying in Europe, so maybe they think that is suspicious?

Thanks for your response. Yea maybe they tracked my IP as being in the UK and thought it is suspicious. Im fine if they need to sort things out but I just wish they would send me a damn email to keep me up to date. Its already been 3 days I'm starting to think they arent going to answer me at all.

I'm in a similar situation as you except I've been playing on FTP for years. I took sometime away to play at PSTARS and when I came back to play on my FTP account, which had a balance of $400 left in it, my account was locked. I emailed support and didn't hear back for a week and when I did they accused me of having multiple accounts. After proving I didn't, my account was reinstated. Unfortunately, after increasing my bankroll to just over 1K I made the mistake of making a withdrawal. The withdrawal request sat in processing for 2 days and than was declined. The reason, because I have multiple accounts even though I just went through this whole mess with FTP support 2 weeks ago only to have them reinstate my account because of their error. Now my account is locked and I am waiting for a response to my email which will probably take another week. I know this will be resolved as I'm sure yours will as long as you didn't break any rules but I'm beginning to wonder about FTP. I think they just don't like dealing with US customers and hesistate to process withdrawals sometimes. I can't wait to get my money out, even though its minimal, and just play at PSTARS and leave the bs and FTP behind. By the way, there are a lot of idiots on here who have nothing else better to do than accuse people of wrong doing despite the fact that there are some honest people. Shame the people who are colluding and stealing within the online games have ruined the reputations of all players who encounter problems and are on here for advice/feedback. FTP support does suck, I totally agree!

Have you received any prior emails from FT, perhaps it's being flagged as spam. Seems like you would get at least one of their generic emails saying they're investigating your account for whatever. My account has been locked before but they did send an email letting me know that they were doing it and why. It did take a couple days before I got any response back from an actual rep.

FWIW I'm not defending FTP support as I agree they are completely incompetent and/or horribly understaffed. With any luck you should have this resolved by New Years.

Yea i received several emails from them when I was making my account and deposit. Still have not heard from them.

I dunno, their support is hit or miss. I emailed them last night with a bull**** email complaining about the doomswitch they have on my account is making my ass sore and they replied in like 2 hours lol
