For some reason since they introduced the new software a few months ago, the lobby and some other fonts are unreadable on my PC.
I stopped playing there a few months ago and recently wanted to see if they solved it.
I send them the question and they time and time again send me to do useless tasks that have no relevance to the problem.
They start with asking me to run a trace route. Anyone who understands even a tiny bit in programming understands that they are examining a display problem by asking me to check my network.
It's like your mechanic asking you to check the tire pressure when the radio does not work.
Than they ask me to uninstall - reinstall - reboot. Why? Because!
For gods sake, if you do not have a solution just say it and don't give the run around.
All they do is look at the email for 2 seconds a fire a template answer at you.
I had the same process with them when it all started. They don't have a clue.
Unlike them, PStars support rocks. In the few times I needed them, they answered very quickly and to the point. Not these "catch all template answers."

so instead of just (re)installing the client and looking for yourself, you email FT support several times?
I reinstalled.
Than at their request, I uninstalled, erased some registry settings, reboot and reinstalled. Didn't help.
I am fine with them saying that they do not have a solution, but I feel that they send me these template "to do"s that have nothing to do with my problem, and do not pay any attention to what I am asking them.
It's the attitude that's annoying.

1. Where do I chose the size of the fonts (e.g. Medium)
2. My machine has Hebrew installed on it (English is still the main language) if it matters
I laugh when I see full tilt support sucks threads. You pay them massive rake and they laugh at you. Days to answer any emails...all that money and get treated like crap. You get what you deserve by playing there instead of stars...
this seems to me to be a resolution problem. Are you displaying your monitor at its native resolution?
As far as fonts, go you can check my going to
Personalization >>>>Display. Although, I doubt you have it set to medium if you didnt change any settings.
Try messing around with your resolution first and see if that changes anything.
Also, while you are at it, might as well update your video drivers. (probably wont matter much, but might as well).
Also, if my suggestion does not work. Ask a mod to change your thread title to "FTP Display issues" and have him move this thread to the computer help forum.
Also, the font displayed at the window tittle doesn't look like the std one. Are u using some kinda "theme" or something? If so, that could be it too.
Having another language installed also can mess things up, specailly languages that uses another alphabet, such as hebrew and therefore require another "set" of fonts to work. Windows still handle fonts very poorly.
I didn't chose any theme. All standard stuff.
FT is the only app I am having problems with. It all started after they introduced the new look. It was alright till that time.
Wow...ive read comments, LOTS of comments about their poor support since 2007, and yet so many people still plays there, how is it possible?
I havent played much at full tilt, but now i made a withdrawal, and instantly got into problems, been 6 days so far and they want me to send photo id, bank statement etc. So i did, then they come back to me after like 1,5 day claiming its not Ok, that the photo id (driver license) was not included. I have checked my sent history, and its DAMN well sent. And everything on the pictures are VERY visible. Do they have put in system to scam people or trying to scam? This is completly outrageous that they can STILL be having such fked up support. Its sad, i now sent them ALOT of documents showing who the hell i am, and if they dont accept it, i will file a report to the police, will not help obviously but its a robbery, they got money that is mine. HORRIBLE support. Ive played on many sites, pokerstars, titan poker, everest poker, PKR .etc. EVERYWHERE the support is TOP NOTCH. Here i am like ..what the hell? Full tilt is a joke? I cant believe they can be doing what they are.

Actually they are pretty good if you are a black card member. They have replyed within 20mins the past 10emails or so. Almost to the point, where I felt uncomfortable receiving it so fast.
I've been waiting six weeks for my cash out; approved on November 14th. Why did I deposit money there in the first place? Brain damaged.... and now I don't have the money to get my head examined

Personally, their support has always been very fast and to the point for me. I've never had to wait longer than a day. I asked pokerstars to clear my bank info so I could deposit from my new account and it took them almost 4 days to even respond. Maybe I've just been really lucky.
