Explain this to me
IVE deposited into fulltilt many times and everything has always went smooth
Now i wanna withdraw and they give me this crap that i created an account a long time ago so i cant withdraw and my account is being shut down. Now in reality i have withdrawn 1 time only 100 dollars just to make sure it worked and it did. i have also transferred money from my account. THe least they could do is transfer my cash into my so called primary account. But no the just close my account and take my money. BUt as they say i can certainly use my primary account freely. This is such garbage and i will be sure to bad mouth this site now on a constant basis.

oh yeah and they gladly let me order from the full tilt store too.

Does any 1 ever read the rules any more?

apparently not but why shouldd u even be allowed to go through with all processes except cashouts. I will say i didnt read all the fine print but dont let me open anothe r account if its useless

Cliff Notes: OP opened a second account at FT with rakeback. When he attempted to cashout from that account, FT closed it and told him to use his original account without rakeback.

Even if this was true, it is bull**** that they let him put money on the site and only close it when he cashes out.

I wonder how much $ Full Tilt confiscates from players every year. Probably 6 figures.

Doesn't FTP seem to implement this "2nd Rakeback Account" policy on a very selective basis? It seems they sometimes close both accounts altogether and confiscate the money, but othertimes just give people a warning and transfer the money to the "primary account".

Or am I wrong?

I am going through the same sort of thing. I won't go as far to say that FTP is garbage though, just that the support is slow and incompetent. Any way here is my scenario...

In 2005, I opened an account with FTP and was screwed by Neteller for around 4K in 2006 when I won a tourney and attempted my first cashout through them. The money was never wired to my bank account and they sent me email after email giving me the run around. Eventually they pulled out of the US market and I never received my money from them or will because the only response I get by email is that they don't deal with US customers any longer. So I'm out 4K. As a result of not receiving my 4K within 10 days I put a stop payment with my bank on around $600 dollars worth of deposits through Neteller. FTP froze my account, justifiably, only to allow me to open a new account after months of email discussions. This was in 2006.

Thats's right, I was allowed to open a second account (even though I had a primary) and play on it periodically until last week. I have made around 1K worth of deposits to this account since late 2006 but never made any withdrawal requests because I went over to STARS and played there religiously until a week ago. I made my first withdrawal request last week on FTP and received this email after 3 days...

Ok, so now they want me to use my primary account which is fine and clearly stated in the rules. I thought they made an exception for my situation but I guess not. So I go to login to my primary and I can't. So I email support and receive this email....

So I email them regarding the issue in 2006 with Neteller and than inquire about transfering my balance from my secondary account over to my primary account which prompts this email response form support....

Ok, so I still can't login to the primary account, didn't receive a response to the question I asked and received the same identical email from the same support speacialist as I did a few days earlier. Either they are playing dumb and plan on confiscating my funds or don't note the accounts properly and are making me repeat myself over and over till I get a response.

This seems to be how they go about doing things. Although I have no idea how they decide whose money the confiscate, and whose money they transfer to their primary account. For example, I will admit that I made a second FT account to get rakeback. I played on this account for a couple months. Then I went to email FT, to see if I can get my table limits increased (so I could play 12 tables), and they found out I made another account to get rakeback. I guess I was one of the lucky ones because they transfered my money from my 2nd account to my primary account. Apparently other people haven't been so lucky.

i guess i was to hasty in my judgement of fulltilt. there responses taking as long as they do have allowed m to transfer funds from my second account to my primary but my second account is still closed. problem solved SORRY FULLTILT ur not garbage.

Not that I've seen. I can't recall a single instance of anyone who has permanently lost their money for opening a second account for RB. Lots of people who have started lame threads like this one complaining about having their account locked, but they always get their money back, or don't post again. It usually takes at least several days to get the money, so I think that's why we don't see a lot of these guys post the results when they get it.

I could be wrong; if anyone knows of any threads where people have had their second RB account closed and never got their money back, please link us to them.

bobo- I've never read a thread that resulted in anything other than what you posted. I was going to make a similar post last night and then figured I had already posted enough in this thread.

sorry i havent read every thread on here but i still think its messed up that u can deposit into an account that u cant withdraw from. AND YES IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK. so cases closed
