Hi, i am not sure where to post this. I have been a reg on party for the last few years and now I am a new player to full tilt/pokerstars. The user name VousFache was created two months ago and I have verified both accounts on Full Tilt/Pokerstars. I just went to make a deposit for the miniftops and I was locked out of my account. Then a few minutes later I received this in my email

Sorry for my sixth email, but I just bought a pack of cigarattes for my first time in four months. I do not have any recollection of OH - UR FACHE. I verified VOUSFACHE on Fulltilt and Pokerstars. Please do not close vousfache. I am begging security to please give me benefit of the doubt since my account was verified that I keep my player name vousfache. please help me
I have absolutely NO recollection of opening this account, nor any email that was used to open the account. I looked up the player name and 1 game was played in 2013.
My account was verified so what are the chances security will give me benefit of the doubt, because I am an honest player and I am not trying to ruin the integrity of the games.

This is the fourth time my account has been blocked. The previous three times were from me depositing and then having my account REOPENED !!
this is way too stressful for me.
